Bad navigation is the explanation for that.

Sure there's been a few vessel's that have passed through the triangle and not come out the other side, but I'm sure there have been countless other planes/boats that have made the journey through this "black spot" without so much as a hiccup.

@xmanclyx Think of erosion due to currents, strong currents at the bottom of the ocean. Think of misdirection, navigators who are far off course. If they don't know where they are, how could search parties possibly find bodies, wrecks, etc.?

Ur a fuckup mate 5 or 6 six people say about the bermuda triangle so you believe well none of my mates even know about this bermuda triangle, they dont even know bout bermuda, I found this out on a film called - Scooby Doo - Pirates Ahoy - Its a good film about ghost pirates and bermuda triangle, it shows the USS cyclops in the film and sea monsters so I researched the triangle and found out its real and the USS cyclops went missing in the triangle, so 306 people did vanish UNFUCKINGBELIEVABLE!!

In the last part, that guy debunked the methane hydrate theory because "there's methane hydrate everywhere", but then in the next part we find out that the Bermuda triangle isn't special in the numbers of lost ships, so doesn't it make sense that the methane hydrate *is* resonsible, but it's responsible everywhere, not just the triangle that the press invented?

Some wily, scheming folks create sensations to fascinate. The Bermuda myth finds its home in the minds of those susceptible to a belief in the paranormal, like the 9/11 being an inside job, the UFOs abducting people, the Lochness monster, ghosts of dead people, witchcraft, etc.
This is a good documentary discrediting the myth. I knew this was all rubbish. That's why I can't watch any movie that deals with outer-worldly phenomena, including movies of that fraud M. Shaymalan. (spelling?)

I think the disappearance of the aircrafts was caused by the lightning, which was explained by a coast guard from Miami somewhere at the video, which makes the compass not functioning well.

@somesortanaughty they did explain that. the commanding officer of the squadron became confused and didn't trust his instruments. they also point out that the radio communications that portrayed panic and statements of the sea being "strange" were not factual. Bad navigation is the explanation for that.

I dont neccessarily believe this to be true but i seriously do not doubt its possibility, seeing as both the UK and USA governments have been known to collaborate in covering up various serious events.

@TheLpmh, like you said, if you were a ghost you would go there, but mate... as i said... what you would litterally witness to your naked eye, would be nothing short of horror, that would affect you physchologically (affect you in your brain for life), and it's the horror that would make you regret ever going there. Even if you couldn't be harmed or anything cause you would be a ghost, but it's the images and thoughts it would permanently engrave in your mind that will affect you forever.

Sure there's been a few vessel's that have passed through the triangle and not come out the other side, but I'm sure there have been countless other planes/boats that have made the journey through this "black spot" without so much as a hiccup.

They try to explain this scientifically but The Bermuda Triangle tells of first a calm day, then all of a sudden a storm comes out of no where, after that their compass fails and their instruments stop working, finally their ship or plane is never heard from again. Hey skeptics how about flying or sailing your boat or plane into the Triangle and see if you come out alive and in one piece then I will say the Triangle is a myth!!

Well I for one believe there's definitely some scientific phenomena going on there...how come the compasses stop working, the weather is subject to freak waves and storms and the sea tends to bubble from the bottom of the ocean floor and suck down massive ships..........yeah a what crap way to end the programme!

@xmanclyx Think of erosion due to currents, strong currents at the bottom of the ocean. Think of misdirection, navigators who are far off course. If they don't know where they are, how could search parties possibly find bodies, wrecks, etc.?
