When can i start healing to generate aggro? Can i start healing right after the earthquake or is that too soon?

Yeah you should start healing right when the earthquake is announced, your warlock should have lifetapped by then.

Once you top her off she should lifetap again, just keep flashing at that point to ensure aggro, don't do more than one holy light unless you have a shadowpriest. The murlocs don't hurt enough to get significant mana back unless you downgrade as I did here.
