I highly doubt the 4Runner uses HID fogs, especially considering that the headlights are regular incandescent bulbs. I think that guy in the video has been hitting the crack pipe too hard.

@mrjost55, yeah the only problem is that the 4Runner doens't have HID foglights. They are just regular halogen bulbs as they have been for many years. This guy is a tool and is obviously clueless about the details of the 4Runner.
