Solution for Kashmir is a free and fair PLEBISCITE allowing KASHMIRIS to determine theor identity.. this PLEBISCITE should be moniored by an ouside UN agency non Pakistani and non Indian. Allow the KAshmiri's to decide, India fearing this has tried flooding the region with Hindus to make the HIndu cause more prominent but hese non kashmiri hindus are not kashmiris.. KASHMIR on the agreement of partition was to be part of Pakistan.

Kashmir is not the only problem in India.
India as it is seen today was not the map of India in the mughal era, British era, Duth,French map of India. A united India was always the North which largely became Pakistan, the rest of India existed as a semi autonomous - independent region. EVen the British gave the princely states autonomy but the creation of India - centralised the governemnt in New Delhi and "forced" the states to became aprt of a greaer India - The Indian Union of Today.
