@pattyshouts i saw angels and airwaves live last may in washington dc, i had never seen blink or ava live before, i had no idea what to expect. since then, ive been to probably about 10 shows, and to this day not a single one has topped their performance, there's shows are truly magical, and just downright amazing. (tom also handed me his guitar pick) if you ever get a chance to, go see them. you won't regret it

He didn't sing well at the end of the last Blink tour because he had developed chronic fatigue syndrome, and that set the precedent that Tom wasn't a very good singer, and while he's not the best, he's still pretty good. He may very well have had an auto tuner at this performance, but I doubt he was lip syncing. A new band probably wouldn't risk that at their first performance.
