my favirout band would be disturbed. but it doesn't fit at all with 1984. BigBrother didn't force people to listen to motorhead. it just seams like some idiot teenager who just is obsesed with rock music and zombies that relates everything to it. 1984 isn't a goth story, it's not the same style. something better would be something upbeat, somthing from the 1950's, thats the 1984 style. (not saying that everyone who likes rock music is a goth.)

Pretty nice...1984 is a great book about the horrors of Stalinist Russia, and a warning to the future...but it's also an extremly gripping read. I'd highly recommend it. Orwell was a great writer...I also suggest reading Animal Farm, even if the movie sucked.
