I have a couple of triva answers for this film:

1. It's considered to be one of the first homosexual film ever made

2. This film was also lost but then was found in the late 1960s in a box and that giant cylinder horn piece was found broken in half with it.

3. Did you know that there is a addtional 2 mins of Thomas edison and the crew talking.

This is great footage. Unfortunately, the picture and the sound seem seriously out of sync. Dickson is playing on the wrong strings, and the left hand can be seen playing the last three notes of the melody three bars early.
