I used the Abs IQ six pack abs program by Bogumil Gizewski and found it to be very easy to follow and very effective. In Abs IQ Mr Gizewski teaches you how to work smarter not harder to get nice abs.
You are fantastic! I love watching your videos. Please, please keep the videos coming. Maybe I'll get motivated enough to dust off my stability ball and start working out.
try using the end of your bed instead of the ball. i came up with an exercise that is virtually the same thing she's doing but i keep my body lifted up at angle and move my hips around. works out pretty well if ur listening to some good tunes
Coach Nicole's is a great instructor and these videos are great.
Sparkpeople - have you considered putting out a DVD? I just moved back home from college and my computer is in my dingy basement. There's no way i'm getting on the floor down here, even on a mat!
Be patient it takes time for some people.Just take it a day at a time, use the support groups and count those calories. When I cut down without actually counting my calories I never lose anything. Most importantly start exercising even if it's just by taking a walk for 20 or 30 minutes.Every few days try to walk a little faster or farther. If you stick with it you'll start to see results.
Lol i bought one and i dont know how to inflate in the right way, do i just inflate it to were i can inflate it anymore?

Looks like you'll hurt your neck.
realloreal 2 years ago
There should be no weight in your neck or head during this. Balance your weight in your feet, shoulder blades and arms.

nice workout

Are these exercises very stressful to the knees?
dreamboynyc2 2 years ago
never lock the knees and you should be ok.
nitabean82 2 years ago
These are closed chain exercises which are known to be easier on the knees while still strengthening the muscles surrounding that joint.

nice workout thank you.

Great Exercises but my ball keeps rolling away I cannot manage it, maybe it is too soft....
heavysoul63 2 years ago
Takes a lot of practice to control the ball.
nitabean82 2 years ago
If your ball keeps moving, roll something like a towel and place in circle and set ball inside. This should help until you gain more control.
