Happy anniversary Ruthie and hubby. I loved our 7th anniversary. I was myspacing back then and had a count down stating 7th Anniversary, Bring on the Itch. :) This December will be our 9th.

The lamb looked soooo yummy. So did the potatos.

y'all are so much more adventurous in your cooking than we were at your age, i'm very impressed.

maybe you can get an oven thermometer, it sits in the oven and gives you the exact temp. my knob still has the numbers, but you never know how precise your oven is without one. :)

mmmm it was SOOO good! :-) yeah we were worried somebody was gonna show up and bust us for using the BBQ that we aren't supposed to be using. I didn't get a job of the meat as soon it was cut up, only after we ate most of it...too busy eating and playing hostess ;-)
