@WeirdoEdo they don't make beautiful anime characters like maetel anymore in anime i'm sad since they are no more new anime about maetel or about galaxy express 999 ( T_T )

A former employer of mine who had made several business trips to Japan actually told me about seeing this in person. He said that it is at times almost a little spooky.

西洋で実在していた話では・・・
メーテル：メーテルが本物のプロメシウムの顔。
女詐欺師はある政治家の家に、他人の戸籍を無断で使用し、嫁ぐ。
婚約していた男女が結婚しようとすると、女性の方の戸籍が知らない内に婚姻していた事実を知り、戸籍上結婚していた男性に話をすると、政治家はだまされたという話だった。
しばらくの間、その男女は戸籍上結婚しないでいると、話を聞いてしまった女詐欺師と政治家の間に生まれた子が穏便にすませようとしていた被害者の女性を殺してしまい、事件となった。
ある政治家の男性の親族の一部不安になりが有力資産名家との婚姻関係を持ち、その政治家の男性は逃げたらしい。
周囲はどっちが本物なのか知っている人と知らない人とで、二分されていて、真実を知っている人はメーテル（松本氏が描いた顔）が結婚詐欺師の顔であることがわかるようになっている。
