anyone help me, how do i move a shape behind another it wont work when i press shift + downarrow :/

@MrHallajs hey, i just started using this program myself so im a beginner also, like you said the SHIFT + DOWNARROW doesn't work, anyways all you have to do to put a layer under another layer is simply go to ur layer section where your Head, Eyes, Month, and or whatever you have layers for, and just drag your selected layer under each other, such as you would want your eyes to be over the head.. so you list the eye layer above your head layer, get it ? i hope i helped you im new at this =)

Yeah, there are lots of ways to do head turns, but I find the switch layers most convenient and simple. Also, if you want a smooth transition from one switch layer to the next, you can click on the layer settings on the switch layer and check the box next to "interpolate switch layers" on the last tab. It'll work if you've only moved points and not deleted any though.

i asked for this for cristmas and plan to make some cool vids but is there a way to add aduio and stuff, and i wanted to ask can you put pictures of you or like you dongs and add bones or what ever they are and use that as a thing to animate?

@MarikXYami Just select the Shape you want to move and press SHIFT + DOWNARROW to move the Shape behind all others. To move the Shape step by step down press only DOWNARROW (or CTRL + DOWNARROW dont remember now). To bring it in front just do SHIFT + UPARROW.

I don't know. Try to go to ->FIles-> Project properties, there you must be able to set the first and the last Keyframe. There you can change all the Project properties such as Movie hight, Movie width, Keys/seconds and Movie length.

very nice tutorial...I use switch layers for my mouth and i manipulate the mouth to form the different vowels so you get a nice smooth movement just like your head turn..my only problem is divising a way to have the mouth move during a head turn? any suggestion? probably have to set up your head position and individual set each mouth layer to fit the position of turning..

the serial number is on the back of the disk folder, the pouch that the disk came in.

Wow this is interesting and seems faster than doing it with actions/bones. But there is a slight blur/tracing effect on this video when his head turns. Is that just due to the camera you recorded the video with, or does that show up in the actual animation, too?

Yes, the blur/tracing effect is only on the recorded video. Head Turn works perfect. Just try it.
