The Lama doesnt like wind.. even a gentle breeze will upset it and stop its forward flight.. they are really designed for indoor use.

if you have tuning for the lama it is a little bit better, but you are right it is still difficult.

Need some help here..i had a stock lama v4, hoping to mod into xtreme, but what i hope to know is, is xtreme lama really can fly in a windy condition? or only outdoor without wind? can it fight againts the wind? sorry man, im just a beginner..

no problem, everybody was a beginner. i´m sorry i don´t know if you can fly the extreme lama in windy conditions. i think it is very difficult to fly it at light wind.

that´s the problem with all helicopters. you can try with a T-Rex 450, Mini Titan or something similar. they are crtical too in the wind but they have much more power so you can controll them better.

Mein Lamma v4 fliegt richtig schnell vorwärtes und rückwärts

ich hatte einen akku dazu bekommen der halt sehr schlecht reinpasste

und lohnt es sich ein alu upgrade zu machen

musste halt aufpassen mit den abmessungen, rockampakkus kann man empfehlen, wenn sie passen. die haben auch mehr leistung. achtung die anschlüsse fürs ladegerät sollten passen. mit mehr akkus kann man halt öfters fliegen, in kurzer zeit.

welce akkus sind gut für den lamav4

2 zellen lipo. musste schauen mit der kapazität, wir hatten akkus mit 800 mAh, da kannste dann ca. 10 min fliegen, kleinere mit 600 mAh reichen auch schon gehen unter umständen besser in den lama rein. musste genau auf die abmessungen achten, sonst bekommst du den akku nciht rein.

die servoarme verlängert dann geht mehr aber vorsicht die welle sollte auch verlängert werden sonst krachen die blätter zusammen wenn man zu stark zieht.

Now i flying about lama V3...She's much beter stabill how flying with ower wind...i now that that Lama V4 is pretying about V3(especilly after tuning),but if you wont flying outside(outdoor)better if you change at least tail..then flying is very "comfortable"That I already prefer is ad a fawe bucks and bay honey bee.

Of course t-rex craate to doing more tricks...Ther not compare 600 about V4..Even then you change the snaps(of course with V4):).

Even Honey Bee is much better flying off V4.

ja der fliegt auch schon sehr gut mit den standard teilen. die tuningmotoren bringen halt mehr leistung und die aluwelle schützt vor beschädigung und die tuningblätter bringen etwas mehr stabilität. merkt man aber nicht unbedingt spürbar. wenn man gut ist braucht man schon einen monat oder länger um richtig zu fliegen.

yes we did!! We upgraded the engines, blates and the rotorhead made of aluminium. the arms of the servos are loger, that encreases the agility.

hi ich hab auch einen lama v4. wenn ich gas gebe dreht er sich aber immer nur im kreis anstatt abzuheben kann mir jemand sagen was ich machen kann/muss????

musste am proportional trimmen mit einem schraubenzieher vorsichtig in die richtung drehen, in die sich der heli dreht.

habs grad eben ausprobiert aber er dreht sich dann manchmal links rum und auf einmal wieder rechtsrum obwohl ich nix umgestellt hab. ausserdem kanns vll sein dass ich an dem gain regler drehen muss weil bei dem prop.. hat sich nich viel getan..?? aber trotzdem danke für die antwort!!!

i build in longer servoarms, but you have to watch out, because than it is possible that the rotors can hit each other.
