#10 Was not his first goal..That goal was scored in the 89 playoffs against Calgary..Don't believe that goal was on the Power Play..He had 30 goals in the regular season so that is definitely not the 1st one.

Messier is a true piece of shit. Look at his success in Edm. His supporting cast is just ridiculous. Same with this rangers team. Messier gets so much credit for carrying that team to the finals. As someone who watched the series, and owns in on DVD, i can say that Leetch and RItchter won that series for the Rangers, NOBODY ELSE.
