    PEace,

    Morgan

    PS

My dad is a teacher also @ Angola Middle School

  • I'm in Wisconsin now. My goal was to teach computers, but in the end I wound up working in the IT world (it's hard to hired in as a teacher - one usually has to sub for awhile in a given school system, and subbing doesn't pay well).

  • LMAO!! omg I actually know this school! I'm dating a guy from there...wow. Who posted this? student or teacher?

    Peace,

    Morgan From Angola High School

  • I was a student teacher at the time this video was made. I attended Tri-State University in Angola.

  • Ooh, creative! I like it!

  • Thanks! I'll probably be putting a couple more videos on soon related to more of my creativity.

  • lol this is hilarious. very creative !

  • Wow~ Amazing~~~

  • Lol this is awesome xD

    Maths <3 <3

  • why is he saying the F word at the end?, but other than that that was awesome

  • F word? You mean when I say "Friday"? Or are you somehow getting meaning from my beatbox at the end?

  • ROFL

    This is GREAT :P

  • this guy has balls to do this in front of a class room

  • Well, well, well..... Prairie Heights isn't that bad of a school now is it. Mr. Monroe never let me do this....

  • Keep in mind that I was Scott's student teacher, so I had free reign over the content of the lessons. This was late in the year, so he wasn't even present in the classroom at this point. Still, he was aware of how I taught and didn't have a problem with my methods.

  • I applaud you. Mr. Monroe is a very cool, outgoing guy. I only wish we could have done something like that

  • HEY I WOULD REALLY LIKE YOU TO SEND ME THE LYRICS PLEASE, I'M HAVING A TEST TOMORROW, THANK YOU ;D PLEASE RESPOND THE FASTEST TO THE E MAIL jgmacias @ hotmail . com

  • The lyrics have been provided as part of the video description.

  • Lol, nice, I'm a junior at P Heights right now, and the room looks almost exactly the same. Too bad Mr. Monroe can't teach like that.

  • Ask Mr. Monroe if he's seen the video on Youtube. I sent him an email saying I put this video on Youtube, but never received an acknowledgement about it.

  • great method!

  • Hey there are other words besides "use" that rhyme with hypotenuse.

  • Repetition helps someone remember. By keeping the lyrics consistent, the students were able to absorb the lyrics after only hearing them a few times.

  • Umm, hey mullet dude, "trigometric" isn't a word. It's trigonometric. Maybe try an English rap next time.

  • That's the beauty of poetry and song writing: you can take liberties in grammar and spelling, and even invent words.

Using "Trigometric" over "Trigonometric" was an intentional choice. It flowed well with the rhythm of the piece and did not distort the understanding of the meaning.

  • Good one! It would have woken me up in class, and it's not easy to teach trig/geometry either. Thanks-good video!

Love the motions and dancers too!

  • are there any more???

  • This is the only teaching related video I have. I may add unrelated videos in the future, but for now this is all I have.

  • o wow who would ever thought geeks are cool

  • helped me on my last test of the year

  • You expect everyone everywhere in the country to dress the same? Keep in mind that this was a small town farming community.

  • look at the hair and style... no way was that 11 years ago... my 96 was well different.

  • lush vid.........gunna learn dis rap 4 ma gcses nxt month lmao xxxx

  • wow lol great

  • P.S. lose the shades

  • i like this vid, its no Hoblitzelle but it aint bad. Don't expect other people to like it though its pretty crappy. I just like bad things i guess.
