  • Thanks so much for putting this up on the Internet. Very helpful for a beginner. It takes away a lot of frustration trying to figure out moves when others go so fast. The L step video was excellent also.

  • We did this in my class, butt first we do a set of stepping up and bending your leg then off, then we did a set of kneeing the air, then we did the set here, where you kick the air. It's a lot of fun :]

  • great. It would be good to say also that the repeater can be done with the knees, hamstrings, glutes kicking back etc....not only kicking forward. Thanks
