Hi Gavin, great stuff, i too only just finding your stuff . As i have recently starting using proshow producer , wondering how you would go about using something like this as a template or a style where i can add different pics for different shows and make it moveable. Do you have any tutorials on doing this, presuming you have done this type of stuff in proshow. thanks
I just did annual order forms for a private school. I spent hours copy/pasting the photos and resizing. This would have made my job a whole lot easier. Thanks for the share. :)

excellent job... but for this u require time and skill better way u can try Picasso dg photo album software with more then 1000 ready template u only need to drag and drop ur photo more info DgPhotoAlbum(dot)com
man this tut is indeed very good, but i am having problems... after i creat the smart object im stuck. i try to put in the blur (or any) filters and a notice comes up that reads rasterize image and takes the smart object away ;( wht to do... wht to do?
Hi Gavin...wow, your tutorial was one of the best I've seen! I'm using Photoshop Elements 2.0. When I try to bring my jpeg picture up using "File... Place" I get a message that says "Cannot place the object because no parser can open the file." It looks like the only type of file I can Place are "parsable" formats like PDP and pdf. Hmmm, do you know why this might be? Thanks!! You can reach me at SusanGallagher9@gmail.com
@deesea77 most people turn it into a jpeg. But make sure all the editing you need to do has already been done, because you lose quality everytime you open the photo. So once you are finish then turn to a jpeg and then take it and have it printed.
I'm a pro. I use templates-a lot! Weddings, seniors, families, on and on. Gavin, I have NEVER seen them made this way, and it is fantastic! Thank you so much, Mate.
i am using photoshop cs, and i can't do this! is it just me? when i place the first pic, there isn't a layer mask, i have to add one and then i can't seem to use the brush tool and "un-blur" a portion like the video shows. can someone help me?
I got CS4 as a present about 3 weeks ago and although I'm quite artistic, I hadn't got a clue where to start. Until I started to follow your tutorials. I'm so impressed! Your easy on the ear, clear non waffling approach (with a nice touch of humour), makes learning very enjoyable. I've been following along, step by step, using the pause button and although I've got a long way to go, I now feel I'm on the right road.
Gavin, you rule! I've already used a bunch of your tutorials, and they are wicked easy to understand, and the results are always EXACTLY what I was hoping for =D
thanks so much for the video. That was great and I agree that the video was easy to understand and easy to follow along. I actually followed your tutorial while working the tutorial in PS
I just found your tutorials. This is an EXCELLENT lesson. Quite useful and very easy. It looks great and will save me tons of time. I can't wait to see more of your tutorials!!! Thanks!!!
