I really like that you kept the integrity of the song, but I would hope you look deeper into the orogins of this song, as "theirs" is a rabbit hole of misery to be expressed through a long, vocal holiday. Hey. My dad used to be a huge J Cash fan, and I remember when I was a kid (about 10-12, around 1980-ish) he used to play me this song and sing it to me - I know it might seem a strange thing to play for a kid but it was cool cos it was just a song he liked, and so it was kind of special. Anyway, I haven't heard it since then, and I came on here browsing and found this - you sing it just like the Cash version. Nice memory. Thanks man. :)
