how do you use special characters like robo hisui, magical amber, saber lily, etc.?

@LordBazaar robo hisui is unlocked by fulfilling certain conditions in the Real side, same with Satsuki in the Super side. Magical Amber and Saber Lily are alt. forms like Kaleido Ruby and Phantasmoon/Eclipse and are unlocked by achieving all the battle masteries and completing Stage 53, which has the team versus Lily, Amber, Eclipse, and an army of Mecha-Hisuis. Good luck with that.
