  • Great video I bought a kit online but the instruction book was very confusing you made it look easier than the book did. I only hope my first ball will turns out.

  • Thanks so much for sharing! And I like the follow-up, too.

  • Beautiful & great tutorial. I apologize if this has been asked...how much fabric is required to cut the appropriate number of squares per layer?

  • creative idea!!! Pretty rings!

  • Beautiful! Thanks!

  • Cute!

  • grazie per questo video è un lavoro bellissimo specialmente l'accostamento dei coloriciao e grazie ancora

  • Very nice,

  • thank you so much for the video you make it look so easy i am going in the morn and get my supply. i seen where you can put a picture on the ball can you explain how to do this please

  • Great tutorial. I am going to try these as little pressies for my friends. :)

  • Thank you for this straightforward video. Nice and simple to follow. I can't wait to begin!

  • Hi RosePeony! I have never used glue on any of the ornaments. It isn't necessary as long as the weave of the fabric you chose isn't too loose. Good luck and thanks for watching!

  • very clever!!!

  • Thank you for the tutorial, I'm going to try this for my Secret Santa! :)

  • BTW, I've seen some of these with a nice, flat center with the quilting surrounding it. The flat center has a picture of a snow flake or whatever. How can you adjust this to make such an ornament? Thank you!

  • @glopsey it's super simple! Just use a small picture then pin "round 2" of the quilted part just outside the picture at 12:00, 3:00, 6:00 and 9:00. From there you finish off the rest as seen in the video. The difficult part about this kind of ornament is getting the other side centered or going too far back with the quilting. After one ornament you'll have a good idea of any adjustments that need to be made. Good luck and thanks for watching!

  • lol thanks ima make so many of this well if i get the first one right

  • very nice. thank you very much!

  • I finally made a second video that explains how to hang the ornament.

I hope it makes sense and helps you make your own handmade lovelies. Just search "angie janca" to find it.

  • I love this! I'm making them. How do I put the hanging part on? Do I just pin a ribbon on it to hang on a tree?

  • Can you explain how you attach a ribbon or some other mechanism for hanging?

  • Thank you so much for the video! Such a beautiful thing made so easily!

  • Thank you all so much for the nice comments! I've received a couple emails asking about the dimensions. The great thing about this craft is that you can't really mess it up!!! You can use any size ball, bigger or smaller, just make a slight adjustment to the size of your fabric squares. Thanks again for looking! ♥ Angie
