you were right to not trust them. the pyramid that he wears on his head ressembles a portion in the silent hill cult that was for punishment and execution, all the members wore a pointed red hood (similar to the pyramid on his head) and he manifested from james's mind. if you look at the response i gave to kikiocat, that will peice everything together.

i believe i can solve this, pyramid head in silent hill 2 the game is manifested from james's urge to punish himself for his wife's death, he blames himself for not being able to save her. in the movie, he manifested from alessa's hate and will to punish everyone that did her wrong. in silent hill 5, mainly the same as james, but for not being able to protect his little brother. i hope that clears things up a bit.

yea, shes the burnt girl in the hospital bed. mainly in the movie, almost every monster is manifested from alessa. the nurses are manifested from alessa's jealousy of the female body, which she can no longer have. also kinda goes along with why she wants to punish the people. with pyramid head (or in the movie they call him red pyramid)

im sorry but you are incorrect, every single monster in silent hill games are manifested from the minds of the actual people in the game. in silent hill 2, the abstract daddy is manifested from angela's sexual abuse from her father, hence the name abstract daddy. the demon nurses from almost every silent hill game is manifested from the protagonist male's libido. thats why they all seem to wear skimpy attire. im a big fan of silent hill, so its okay if you didnt know, i didnt at first either. =)
