Just a few things. The pound (or hash) # means ID. You give the table elements id="header" etc. Classes in CSS start with full stops (or periods) i.e. .header {...}
It's advisable, but not essential, to avoid using id and class names that are default html elements, like #body. And the name of the company that makes Fireworks and Dreamweaver is a-DOH-bee, not ad-OBE :)
