  • 28 years old and my respect goes to all the brave and honorable men who so bravely fought for our freedom.

  • morocco soldier ? algeria soldier ? tunsia soldier ? senegal soldier ? BIG FIGHT ON HITLER IS ARAB SOLDIER ????? fuck occident traitor

  • 15 People are Nazis?

  • In minute 4:57, was part of my WWII tour through Normandy, Pas-de-Calais. Alot of steps to get to the top. But we did it. If you haven't visited The Normandy Cementary its a must see. You will get a glimpse of the mission and how impossible it must have been for the US to take Dog Green sector with the German's having a clear line of fire and on top of the ridge. I take my hat off to those that died and fought in that battle. And in reality, that's the true US War. All others were for money

  • @ BantyxRooster : my grandparents were Belgian and they thought the same way You do !!! Actually got my arse kicked as a 6 year old because a Canadian drunk soldier kicked my grandmother while she was pregnant (she lost the child) and I said I hated the allies : my grandmother said : "You"ll never know what those guys went through for You to say what You can say now....).....! respect for those who were in the frontlines !!!

  • Haha, look at 'em capitalists strolling in to fight zi nazis. Just another tourist walk around Europe compared to the Russians. It'll be interesting to see how an average american soldier looked compared with a russian one. Tall, well fed and nice with the ladies while the russian one, battle weary, covered in wounds, knowing in the same time that a life of fear and and repression awaited him home after the horrors of the front. I wonder in the end, who was the real hero?

  • @se7enhands Those capitalist scum strolling along were there protecting your right to live. Dont forget that part

  • @cards7509 no they didn't. they found it fancy to leave half of europe to the russians, so whether you like it or not, the ussr liberated that part.

  • @se7enhands yeah russia came from the east and USA from the west. how can you say usa wasnt involved at all in the war? seriously?

  • One of the most pathetic armies to ever walk the earth.

  • @FuriousStoffe And how many billions of dollars does our country send yours every year in foreign aid?

  • clicked on the video

are we gonna have another history argument?

    read comments

    yep.

Ignored that and enjoyed the video and the music

  • Оператору надо поставить памятник . Очень понравилось

  • It's sad seeing Brits, and Americans argue about who contributed more, or who had more "honor". You had no part in the war, none of us were alive at that time and yet we take credit for what our ancestors did as if we did it ourselves. It doesn't matter who did what or who fought first, they fought together and died together for one great cause. Stop acting like fucking enemies and start acting like allies. Remember what they fought for, not who did what. Our ancestors wouldn't act like this.

  • @BANTYxROOSTER I always thought that either had to have each others support, or the war wouldn't have been won at all. It's the entire package, and not just the 1% that made the difference, if you know what I mean.

  • My grandfather fought with the 5th Armored Division during '44 and '45. I remember him telling stories of the Battle of the Bulge and entering Germany and visiting the Eagle's Nest. Great footage here. I can't help but wonder what it must have been like. Thanks for sharing, it brings back memories of loved ones.

  • thumbs up if your from our if you loves america

  • The American way of liberating Europe: bomb every city day and night and march victoriously through the ruins while the Russians fight the German army on the eastern front.

  • @ApocDevTeam it worked didnt it. we did that while equiping soviet army, fighting the germans, AND fighting the japanese as well. russia soldier much fear of japanese. why else russian not fight them, japan is in russian back yard yes?

  • @ApocDevTeam stalin was to busy sucking hitlers dick so his pussy army wouldnt have to fight germany.

  • Americans always funny..

  • The Allies won in World War 2! That's what's important to remember. Every allied nation contributed to vanquishing the Axis. One great example of Allies working together is the development of the P-51D Mustang---American design with a British engine---one helluva combination. This fighter aircraft is the benchmark example of allies working together towards one goal. Let freedom ring!!!

  • Does anyone know the name of the second tune in this viedo. I used to have it in my music file but lost it somehow. Thanks for your help, retired after 27 year service. My uncle is still in his tailgunner seat aboard his B-17 somewhere off the coast of northern Europe, my father got hit with a mortor shell on the beach of Iwo Jima (he survived) and my four brothers served in the Army during Korea and Vietnam.

  • @0willsy01 to answers this hypothetical question. i would shot. but this s never happened in ww2. because the german firing squads only use volunteers

  • @0willsy01 to answer you question, if i would forced to fight for a regime like nazi germany i would try to stay allive without killing innocent and and I would surrender at the first opportunity, like the most german soldiers do in 1945, they surrender to the western allies. but i can understand the german soldiers on the eastern front fighting as long as possible to avoid getting into a siberian pow-camp

  • staufenberg tried to kill hitler and he knows when he fail that his family will die or go to a concentration camp. and no german soldeier was forced to kill civillians or jews these were all voluntary, the germans were forced to go to the wehrmacht, kriegsmarine or luftwaffen, only volunteers joined the waffen-ss or guards of concentration camps there is no excuse for all the crimes. but its true at the end of the war there was something called "sippenhaft" for cowardice before the enemy

  • @0willsy01 not a single german soldier was court martialed because he refused to kill innocent people.

  • @0willsy01 ou hope the ss soldiers rest in peace!? i hope these nazis rot in hell, you stupid 911 inside job truher jerk. the ss soldiers was a punch of fanatic racist bastards, they killed my grandfather, a german mayor and a 11 year old boy because they raised a white flag to save the citizens of my hometown. best soldier lmao its easy to be brave on meth (panzerschokolade) and with the nazi education.

i hope the liberators of europe and asia rest in peace

  • @0willsy01 Yes they were totally superior in pretty much every area, maybe not naval power but i reckon if Hitler had of done 1 or 2 things a tad different they really could have taken Europe! Nice to have a debate, discussion with someone who doesn't get angry and dismiss me ! :)

  • @0willsy01 I know about the battle of the bulge mate. I know that the Germans showed immense fighting spirit when all seemed but lost, but remember the war for them was nearly over, it was their final attempt, one last hurrah. Do you actually know the numbers and how many Germans were stationed in the east rather than the west? A lot of A mericans seem to think that because of the Bulge they saw it all. There was a lot more going on then the battle of the bulge. No offence intended! Respect

  • @0willsy01 Do you actually understand how weak the German foces were at Normandy etc...The Russians were s we say in Britain giving the Germans a right good kicking! If America hadn't of joined in ww2 Russia would have taken over most of Europe and then you would have had to go to war with them. The germans were in no way shape of form ready for another push on Moscow!

  • A lots of Americans died in this war and we never forget that, but it is very sad to see Americans people always talking how great they are, this self-congratulation again and again.... A litle bit of humility would be most especially because USA joined at the end and just to save themselves from the japonese (yeah what a glory!) . Also what about the french women raped by the americans after the war? A lot, a lot of women you know...

  • @encorenvi

You mean to say that the US joined the war as the Axis powers were about to win.

  • @encorenvi what did the frenchs do afher germany won the battle of france? they worked together with the germans (vichy) they helped sending the french jews in concentration camps, they shot on american soldiers in morocco and after france was liberatet they send soldiers to germany and a lot of theme rape german women. so frenchy you better stfu. btw the usa joined the war in the year 1941 and not at the and of the war.

  • @keystone1944 You should LEARN before to speak, I mean learn real history books, not some piece of "whatever" you can found in USA made to flatter the american's ego..I'm not here to say US is bad and france's good, there's no perfect countries but you can't change the historical truth by lies, retain and forget what you want in this history where all these people were massacred, it's immoral. If you can't make the effort to get a real knowledge you should stop "storytelling". Peace you know?

  • @encorenvi iam a german and i read german books. the usa joined the war in the year 1941 ,you can find that in german, french or japanese books. and thats no lie.

  • @keystone1944 Hallo!! Yes the US came in 1941.. US started to help especially UK with an enrollment of 450000 only... WW2 Rapes: There were thousands of rapes during the Italian campaign by Moroccan TABORS. Red Army, terrorized German, many east German women were raped by soviet. Mass rapes were committed by the German army during WW2. 14000 women were raped by US troops in France. Also 10000 women were raped by American troops at Okinawa. It's in all history books, Kumpel !!

  • HELL YEAH ! GREAT MUSIC AND VIDEO OF COURSE ! :)

  • I like the guy launching aircraft with the nazi flag lol 08:18

  • What is it with you english having to hate americans.

No respect for our fallen young who came to the aid

    of europeans.

I would never disrespect an english soldier.

So many from sacrifices from many nations for freedom.

  • Great choice of music.

  • thx for all guys who fall in this stupid war for freedom .all french hate all wars lol we love good food good wine and pretty girls what asking more to life?

  • The footage reminds me of my service as a Combat Still photographer with the US Army Signal corps in Korea 1950. Often I wonder what happened to the pix I sent back? I led a team of six men, three still and 3 motion pix men, four of us came back. After that I was assigned to NATO HQ in Paris, France. Now that was rough duty!!!!!!!

  • Great Video!!.........Lots of new footage that I havent seen before.........And in color!

  • Good footage !

  • what an amazing compilation. thumbs up!!

  • thank you very very much USA from France

  • Great upload and the music catches the era brilliantly !

  • this is fantasitic

  • @JanineRobin Maybe the French wouldn't have had to wait for the Americans to "get off your chickenshit backsides and join the fight" if the French were actually capable of taking care of themselves.

  • Americans comparatively contributet not much to win that Greatest War of all times .....but they brought Democracy to nearly half of Europe and pulled back Communism to the east !

  • People, dont compare how bad different fronts or battles were unless you actually fought there. Only someone who fought in all 3 campaigns the whole way through (which is impossible) could decide which was the worst.

  • Relax red army, my grandfather was with Patton's 4th Armored division. He never said the French were cowards, but told of how brave many of the French Resistance fighters were - and against deadly odds.

  • "I would rather have a German army in front of me than a French army behind me". General George S. Patton.

  • Bullshit. America didn't join because we had no interest in the war half way around the world.

Get your facts right. France only joined because they had a treaty if Poland were attacked it would join.

And don't be pissed because we Americans came in later and saved your asses. We didn't want to join the war because it was not in our best interest at the time. We only became your ally because Japan pissed us off. You angry jealous British fool.

Lots Americans died to save you.

  • @HaloReachSpot pretty soon America will need someone else to save their ass once china decides they need more space to occupy

  • @HaloReachSpot Ehh, a bit of an exaggeration. I suppose the Americans certainly saved Western Europe from Soviet domination-as there can be no doubt that it was the USSR that brought down Nazi Germany, whether you like it or not-but they didn't do it single-handed. Don't forget that D-Day was essentially a British plan, or that Free French troops liberated Paris, or that it was Canadian and British troops, not American, that finally liberated Holland. Show some respect for the other nations.

  • @RichardTaylor1800 USSR would of had a very hard time if the US did not supply them with equipment.

  • @grffnchn65 Really? Are we talking about the USSR that produced 50 000 T-34s, tens of millions of soldiers-all of which were armed to some degree after the initial few months of Barbarossa-a massive air force that eventually took air supremacy over an area two to three times the size of France, and obliterated the German Army before the Vistula with almost entirely it's own equipment?

Lend lease helped. It didn't "save" anyone. I'm no communist, but I accept that the Soviets won that war.

  • @RichardTaylor1800 soviet had man power but the us did provide them with equipment.

  • @grffnchn65 No. Just no. The Soviet Union produced the vast majority of its tanks, airplanes, artillery pieces, and personal equipment. The US provided them with some tanks, some airplanes, very few artillery pieces, and no personal equipment. They helped. They didn't supply the entire Red Army. Don't be ridiculous.

  • @RichardTaylor1800 most of the supplies sent to Russia under Lend-Lease were raw materials, fabric ($192,000,000 worth of wool cloth and dress goods, $3,169,329 worth of wool overcoats and suits, $7,472,329 worth of wool blankets, $35,769,818 worth of cotton drill, etc.), a ton (not the measurement lol) of food ($280,800,963 worth of dried eggs, $204,150,308 worth of sausage, bologna, $123,784,465 worth of /canned/ pork, etc.), and all sorts of random shit

  • @oJKBo Yes, yes, they gave the Soviets plenty of stuff. Got that. But let's face it, they manufactured or produced a hell of a lot more than they received. I accept that Lend-Lease helped, I never said it didn't. But it wasn't the architect of victory. Overcoats, blankets, and food don't win wars. They're all nice things to have, but a few million cans of spam is never going to liberate half a dozen countries and annihilate another.

  • @RichardTaylor1800 the problem is /even with/ the supplies the US gave they were incapable of supplying their military. The red army was short on blankets, weapons, ammunition, etc., the only thing that gave them the advantage was even more ill supplied german troops during the winter, and throughout the war their manpower. You'd be surprised, blankets in the winter are a big deal, food?? an army marches on its stomach (get it? ironic, i was just talking about another invasion of russia...)

  • @RichardTaylor1800 That food can feed the people who build military equipment and support the russian economy, it could also feed the troops. Starving or chronically hungry soldiers don't fight very well

  • @RichardTaylor1800 also a lot of the Soviet successes were due to German strategical failures--which coincidentally is what saved 400,000 allied troops at Dunkirk, von Rundstedt halted his soldiers--if he hadn't he would have massacred the allied troops

  • @oJKBo And it had nothing to do with proper Soviet espionage and strategic planning at Kursk, or the brilliantly executed counteroffensive at Stalingrad, or the powerful resolve at Moscow? What about the encirclement of Berlin by Konev's front? Or how about the total victory of Operation Bagration, due entirely to genuinely good Soviet planning and organization? Do you honestly believe that the Germans lost on their own? I think you're the victim of some very old misconceptions.

  • @RichardTaylor1800 At kursk the germans were woefully outnumbered (yet suffered a lot less casualties), not to mention the fact that the russians had 4 months of preparation. Again, for the counter offensive the soviets had hundreds of thousands of more men and thousands more artillery and aircraft. Sure, Zhukov et al. were smart to attack horrible romanian and hungarian troops on the german flank. Sure, it was well planned and executed, but how would it have been done horribly??

  • @RichardTaylor1800 I'm merely stating that many soviet successes could not have happened if not for poor german planning, ill equipped, and ill trained german/romanian/hungarian/polish troops I do in fact think the germans made considerable and horrendous strategic mistakes throughout the war--very true--which contributed greatly to its demise.

  • @oJKBo So what you're saying is that the Soviets had it easy, right?

Do I even need to tell you what's wrong with that picture?

  • @RichardTaylor1800 what im saying is that they wouldn't have been so successful in driving back the germans if it werent for mistakes /by/ the germans.

  • @oJKBo agree with that, rundstedt is a failure general, he should had annihilate the entire British expeditionary force in dunkirk, those British troops became vets and useful to later allied offensive in normandy. hitler should hang him along with goering.

  • @HaloReachSpot ...The US was unprepared for land war as late as 1942. It had been training with wooden rifles. While the Navy had been reasonably well funded, the US Army was a joke among the Nazi military. We had to very quickly ramp up production...as especially training...eventually having 16 million in all our armed forces. The Brits had nearly been destroyed at Dunkirk. Th allied command did not want that repeated. When the US finally came, we came prepared. Is this film by George Stevens?

  • @HaloReachSpot "we saved your asses", and "Lots Americans died to save you", typical american, taking credit for things you didn't do. Learn some fucking history for once, you saved nothing by yourself. You helped the British drive the Nazis out of France, you didn't save Britain, the British did that in 1940. Both Britain and Russia lost more lives in the war than America, so stop spreading shit about US single handedly winning it and saving everyone's ass, its just ignorant and disrespectful.

  • @uafchris USA Military casualties: 416,800 UK Military casualties: 383,800. He didn't say they did it alone. It's more like the British helped the Americans drive the Nazis out of France-- there wouldn't even be an invasion of the US didn't enter the war. The UK could have tried an invasion but would have lost...badly. Britain saved itself from German aircraft and ships, but without the US Germany would have had time to complete its work on stealth aircraft and updating the V-2's

  • @uafchris Germany would have eventually outsupplied the British (who received $34,100,000,000 from the US), outmanned them, and outgunned them. Germany had a larger, better trained, and overall stronger military. Russia lost more troops because they didn't train or supply them well. Despite receiving $11,300,000,000 from the US they still couldn't feed, arm, or train their military well. He didn't say the US won single handedly-- however without the US Germany WOULD control most of Europe

  • @HaloReachSpot Dead americans = good

We dont want you sticking noses in every corner of the planet.

I hope China and Russia fuck you in the rear, hey I herd you are pissing of china recently?

Maybe a 9.5 earthquake should do the trick and we can sip wine, sit back & relax

  • @HaloReachSpot ......Go and fuck yourself ya daft prick..!! You yanks can't win wars on your own and name one?

  • @HaloReachSpot Don't act like you saved the world, typical American! The only reason you joined was to take out Germany because they were to powerful for your likeing, you had planned war on Britian aswell because they were a big threat to you but pulled out because of WW2, and that is a fact! Look up War Plan Red, You had a plan to invade Canada and fight the British!!!

  • @ryantika He never said that we Americans saved the world or intended to, typical paranoid whore. Germany was less of a threat than a mosquito to us at the time, Japan was the real reason. Japan was beginning to take American colonies in the Pacific, such as the Philippines. We would have not gone to war with Germany if it hadn't declared war on us after we declared war against Japan for the attacks on Pearl Harbor.

War Plan Red was pre-emptive attack incase of Imperial British threats.

  • @GreyWolfxM16 He implied that he thinks Americans saved the world, and war plan red was not pre-emptive it was going to happen but got called off because of WW2

  • @ryantika Not really. You should read more into it. If it was going to happen, the United States could have simply done it after World War II, since we did become a superpower and the British owed us around billions of dollars of compensation for Lend-Lease Program. The British Empire was also beginning to crumble from revolutionary countries that it dominated.

  • @GreyWolfxM16 Dont worry i have read into it, we became closer allies during WW2 so you scraped it. And the only reason you lent us stuff was to defend your own country, FACT.

  • @GreyWolfxM16 The U.S didnt want to get involved due there plans to destroy Britain by economic ruin and to make sure Britain was bankrupt, When Britain went to war with the Axis Alliance the U.S got everything they had ever hoped, The Chance to keep building there military while the worlds at war, The chance to make as much money and bankrupt as many nations as possible, The Chance to watch and learn. Most of all letting the British,Soviets do 80% of the fighting.

  • @martynrobin121 Remember, the United States didn't have any treaty obligating them to join the war incase some random country was attack, i.e. like the British and French once Germany and the Soviet Union attacked Poland. Also, the American public was tired of stupid Europeans starting World Wars all the time. The American public was just coming out of a economic depression and everybody just wanted to enjoy their life. It wasn't till the Japanese attacked and Germany declared war on the U.S..

  • @GreyWolfxM16 The U.S president gave the German a list of FREE Countries that they couldnt invade, Hitler made fools out the U.S and invaded and Occupied half of the Countries on that list and made many attempts to conquer others, The United States done nothing. And the war didnt even started in Europe, You might not havce noticed but Asia and Africa are not in Europe. It was the War that brought America out of depression it was great for your economy just like thje Great war YOUR LIFELINE!

  • @martynrobin121 Made fool of the U.S.? They only showed that they were a tyrant nation opressing everyone on their way, including their people. As you said, the U.S. didn't do anything because their was to treaty and no interest. World War II began with the Invasion of Poland, so it did begin in Europe. And we did help the British, Chinese, and the Soviet Union with weapons, cloths, and resources -- naming it the Lend-Lease Program. The U.S. was already coming out of economic depression, slow.

  • @GreyWolfxM16 The war got the U.S out of depression and made the U.S economy go SKY-HIGH!, The U.S wanted to make money and bankrupt nations just like During the Great war, The U.S president gave the nazis a list of nations that Germany could NOT invade, And the U.S done nothing! accept sell supplies when Hitler mas making fools out of the U.S, The Axis had invaded Africa, Japs invaded mainland Asia,Germany going wild Austrian ideas of wars of extermination, Only Britain,France stood up!

  • @martynrobin121 I don't want to enter this argument, but I've heard enough trash about the US. We were trying not to get into the war because it would make our economy crash, but then Japan invaded the US, heard of Pearl Harbor? Just explaining what you do not understand.

  • @TNEWatchinu That is my point, The US only cared for their own interests. The World was been taking over by the Axis powers yet the only nation who would stand & fight was Britain & its Empire. Over 1/4 of the world was protected by British & Empire forces against Axis invasion. If the British had the same attitude as America or was weak then the Axis would rule the world. It took Phillipines disaster,Pearl harbour and for Hitler to force the U.S into war. Yet today US will invade for lies!

  • @ryantika Hitler himself said that a war with the United States at the time was suicide, and the only reason they would attack the United States was if Japan declared war on us -- shortly after would Germany follow.

War Plan Red, as you said, was a plan to attack the British incase of threats from the British Empire. Invading Canada was a strategy to harbore resources against the British. Incase you didn't notice, before World War II, we weren't the best of friends.

  • Typical British, can't acknowledge the fact that the US majorly contributed to the war effort. It may have been late, but better late than never. That's why us Aussies looked to the US for help in the Pacific and we've been with the Americans ever since. Our P.M. at the time, John Curtin said, 'Australia looks to America, free of any pangs as to our traditional links or kinship with the United Kingdom'.

  • @tangywangyify No, I acknowledge that they were part of it, but they joined for their own benefits after pearl harbour was destroyed they then decided to join in. They definatly done less than the British in Europe. And why do you think they fought in the pacific to save the Australians?, NO to get revenge for Pearl Harbour. We dominated the war of Britain without the Americans anyway.

  • @tangywangyify You do realise if the Japs didnt attack Pearl Harbour, Then the United States would have never got involved in the war? The U.S didnt care for Australia or any other nations, They only cared for there economy and making money. Yes the U.S played main role defeating Japan, not the European Axis powers! The U.S didnt care about anybody, They would have left Australia to the Japs without a thought! The British had honor and stood up and fought for freedom and democracy!

  • @martynrobin121 That's a bit like saying, you do realise that if the Germans didn't attack Poland then Britain would have never got involved in the war. It's natural for Aussies to look to America for help. We needed it and no-one else came, so that's part of the reason for my comment. And would you want to get into a war that could've been prevented?

  • @tangywangyify America didnt care less about Australia, They only got involved in the war due to been forced by Japan, Otherwise they would have sat back and watched as Australia was invaded and laughed. The British stood up and fought for freedom, If they were not fighting the European Sxis powers in Europe,Africa,Mid-East then the British would have humiliated the Japs in Asia from day-1 very easy. And Britain tried everything to prevenet the war, Many attempts!!

  • @martynrobin121 Well, that's how relationships develope between countries. You gradually build ties and that's where we started. Our relationship with Britain started before that obviously. And whats with this whole "Britain fought with honour"? I think most of them fought the same way?

  • @tangywangyify The relationship between Britain & Australia has always been great, Remember the British gave birth to Australia, English speaking nations with English laws, culture, etc. Australia is part of the her majesty's realm, Queen head of state of Australia, Commonwealth, etc. Australia has always been 1 of the most loyal Allies of Britain, The U.S is a very corrupt Allies they only care about there own interests, They try to forget the past and where they came from!

  • @HaloReachSpot germany decleared the war to the us. so the usa said lets kick them asses

  • @TheCHANGSIE smart one the japs bombed us at pearl harbor and guess what we declared war on japan and germany.

  • @HaloReachSpot You do know, The U.S president gave Germany a list of FREE nations not to invade, Hitler made fools out the U.S and invaded and occupied half of the countries on that list and made many attempts to conquer many more, The U.S done nothing! The Axis Alliance was making attempts to take over the World from Europe,Aisa,Africa,Mid-East,etc And the U.S didnt save nobody just as usual they arrived late when it was fact the British,Soviets would win the war, El Alamein & Stalingrad!

  • And the battle of the Buldge, Italy, etc.

But the Eastern front was the deadliest.

  • Cmon, stop telling that Western Front was an easy walk... Of course, the Eastern front or the Pacific front were more brutal and more devastating than the Western one but think about Omaha Beach: 3000 men died on that beach... And what about the battle of Normandy? 200'000 casualities on each side. Allies were fighting 100 divisions on a front of a hundred kilometers and the Russians 100 divisions on a front of 1000 km. What about Market Garden? 17'000 Allied casualities in about one week...

  • @Ned728 Well said.

  • The grand parents of my generations said: "we didn`t know about the annihilation of the jews." or "There was nothing, we could do." There was no revolt, there were no sympathies for the "branded".

Italy revolted in 1943, Russia revolted in 1905, Spain in 1936 but my country Germany did not in this terrible situation.

I saw Buchenwald, I saw Ausschwitz, "we didn`t know" is inacceptable.

  • The Germans fighting America, Canada, Britain, the whole of Europe, Austrailasia, Russia.

    There was only one outcome.

  • Liberté...Cigarettes...Chocolat...

  • For Americans, Englishmen and Canadians the western front was easy walk. On the western front the German army had weak army, the most efficient army of Germany was on east front. Americans have begun war against Germany when war came to an end, and forces of the German army were on an outcome. All the best efficient German armies have remained forever in Russia.

  • @Vanyaaynav clearly you're retarded

  • @Vanyaaynav it has nothing to do with how efficient they were. In fact they were less so in the east because of how under-equipped they were (e.g clothing for the winter, which as they didnt have proper clothes, played a role in their downfall on the east.)

  • @dudeman123098 All industry of the Europe worked on maintenance of the German armies it is an impressive parameter. Those who refers to cold weather are losers and it is not the justification. In Russia in 1942 the squadron Normandy-Neman has been created, they fighted by Russian planes Yak-3 and Yak-9 and they never complained of a cold and successfully fighted against German pilots. The English army has not won independently not one battle.

  • @Vanyaaynav hahaha no. im talking about the germans being underequipped because you said "the most efficient army of Germany was on east front". the russians had very good clothing as they were used to that environment.

"The English army has not won independently not one battle." HHAAHAHA do you know any history at all??? for example more recently the falklands war? which we won 1000's of miles from home! oh and by the way its not "english army" its "british" - scotland, england, wales,N Ireland

  • @dudeman123098 The coldest winter in Russia was in 1941, the next winters were warmer. By then the German army has been equipped by warm clothes. I know history WW2. Read many books and talked to soldiers and officers (those years) Red army. Historically England conducted wars with weak or technically backward opponent. To fight with the equal opponent on force and by technical opportunities England never could.

  • @Vanyaaynav they were equipped with warmer clothes but not the same type as the russians had. (russians clothes were better as they live in that environment and therefore were better equipped)

And for god sake its not england its Britain (England, N Ireland, Scotland, Wales who fight in the same army)

and are you joking when you say that "england" couldnt win by itself?? It is technologically superior to e.g. russia has better tanks, 1 better type of fighter jet, better ships...

  • @dudeman123098: Ireland maintained a public stance of neutrality to the end by

refusing to close the German and Japanese Legations, and the Taoiseach Éamon

de Valera signed the book of condolence on Adolf Hitler’s death, on May 2, 1945

RE: 'and are you joking when you say that "england" couldnt win by itself??'

The evacuation at Dunkirk says it all.

  • better soldiers (it is widely said that british soldiers have the best training though our army is smaller), some better weapons, and the list goes on. oh yeah and the best special forces in the world! if you say any of that is wrong then dont even bother speaking to me. and as for the falklands, yes argentina werent as equipped as us, but we still won about 8000 miles or so from our homeland, right next to theirs.

and as for WW2 i seem to remember us winning in africa alone....

  • @dudeman123098 In 1944 in France Englishmen and Americans did not meet strong resistance of German army because many German divisions moved on east front. Many French cities were released from the German army by the organization of resistance consisting of the Frenchmen. Englishmen and Americans entered into the cities released from Germans also was and with Paris which has been released by the Frenchmen before arrival of Englishmen.

  • @dudeman123098 On the western front there were no greater fights as it was on east front, therefore the western front was easy walk for Englishmen and Americans. To northern Africa against the big English army one case of field marshal Rommel this case Hitler reserve Rommel fighted gained a victories over army of Englishmen could not give because Stalin has begun approach to east front.

  • @dudeman123098 8000-??? England had military sea bases in other countries

  • @Vanyaaynav i cant reply to your other comments right now im busy, but no they had one on ascension island 4000miles from the falklands. they won against an entire country with a small force far from home making it hard to get resources, etc whilst argentinians were right next to it.

by the way i know you are from a different country but your english is hard to read sometimes :P

  • @dudeman123098 Fight for Falkland islands is not WW2 .В to fight for the Falkland islands Argentina had the out-of-date arms of the American manufacture. The new weapon for Argentina, America did not begin to deliver because was in the union with Britain.

It is the fact that England is capable to be at war only against weaker and technically backward opponent. In WW2 England has not won independently not one battle.

  • @dudeman123098 In 1944 in Ardennes field marshal has shown Model to Englishmen and the American as it is necessary to fight correctly, having stopped their armies not having allowed to promote further. Only the aircraft of Englishmen and Americans has corrected position. In parliament of the Great Britain there was a scandal, the reason of this scandal was inability of English army to fight against German tanks the Tiger. Englishmen did not have an effective weapon against German cats.

  • Correct me if I am wrong here but didn't the U.S. have to fight Frenchmen while taking Casablanca in North Africa during Operation Torch? Vichy French? The French Battleship Jean Bart was shelling American troops and was silenced by the USS Massachusettes BB59 then later sunk by American flyers from the USS Ranger.

  • its not the fact that you french farries are cowards. its the fact that you JOINED the germans. google it bitch :D

  • @158057 I can't believe you just called the French "cowards". Uh, Google this, bitch

The French joined WW2 in two DAYS

The USA hid for nearly two YEARS.

You, my friend, were the biggest cowards of all.

  • @JanineRobin yeah and france gave up almost instantly too like a scared bitch dog. we didnt get involved assuming you could work out your petty squables. but as soon as hitler tried to get mexico to attack us, we decided to fight. and when we did. we did more in 5 months than france had done in 5 years. you and your coward traitor nazi hugging faggot french asshole can go die in a fire.

  • @158057 umm dude a lot of french died in that war, no matter what happened, your comment is just unbelievable. (typical on youtube i guess) dont forget also that they had to fight like a huge portion of the german army, before britain, russia, eventually america and all the rest joined the fight splitting the germans up. do me a favour and act a man. e.g. as youtube american folk say "stop being a faggot" and actually remeber everyone who died - soldiers (inc french) and civilians alike.

  • First of all I do not condone internet fights. Second my fellow Americans please grow up I am sick of seeing the foolishness grow. What happened in a video game is not was happened in the actual war. Read a damn book and maybe you will see the truth, but not just a book from America try Germany, England, ect, ect.

  • That's the America we used to love over here, no arrogance, no fake reasons to invade others country, only brave soldiers fighting for our freedom!!

  • pour plus d'informations concernant les libérateurs américains, je vous suggère de visionner ce reportage nommé: la libération de la France: La face cachée des libérateurs 2b

     Par Robert Lilly

  • Im an American and I stereotype the French, sure you guys needed some help hehe but for the most part you lost the Battle of France not the War because of other reasons that also include the British. Whatever it is because our combined efforts we managed to Screw Hitler and teach Tojo a lesson

  • werent our chicken shit backsides providing materials aircraft ammo etc for you to fight > just curious

  • i don't like the music... it's seems funny.

  • Super document, grand merci...

  • And then Patton took command of the Third Army and dashed across France and entered the Germans back door. But still the Army back then had nice uniforms. I wish that uniform was still the standard issue

  • The US uniforms were the best because they were looser and more plain looking, they also look a lot more comfortable then a German uniform.

  • can't you all get it that USA,UK together couldnt liberate one little country(france)

But the soviet union was by her self and the nazis was even in turkey so almost half of the soviet union conquered but after the soviets counterattaccked and deafeted the nazis by her self :)

Of course they maybe would'nt win them if the allies would not declared war against nazi germany.

  • @Naiger100 Yeah but they lost 30 million in the process/

  • @Naiger100 Yeah but they lost 30 million in the process/and the ussr never attempted to liberate turkey

  • @Naiger100 They only beat the Germans cause they could lose millions while the germans could only lose thousands. Most battles the Russians lost 3x as many troops than the Germans.

  • To JanineRobin - YES it took only 48 hours for France to join the fight, but it also only took 6 weeks for you to quit. USA might have joined late, regrettably, but we stayed on the job until it was all finished.

  • Who says.US military had the coolest uniforms in ww2? German Uniform was much look better ...

  • Very interesting france people and american soldier !

  • America played an important role, but the German Army was the most professional combat force in existence at the time and could not have been defeated without the immense sacrifices made by the Russians. furthermore the US may have taken longer to join the fight but you should understand that we did not want to have to help clean up a European mess AGAIN. furthermore before you begin criticizing the actions of other countries you should look to your own Vichy government and its president Putain

  • Nice colour footage that I'd never seen before.

  • French are idiots...Yes yall are cowards..

  • France had to join at once, they were invaded idiot...America was half way around the world...By the way your welcome..God bless the USA..

Btw we had our hands full with the japs also..Leave it to a french idiot to tell the story..

  • France had to join at once, they were invaded idiot...America was half way around the world...By the way your welcome..God bless the USA..

  • France had to join at once, they were invaded idiot...America was half way around the world...By the way your welcome..God bless the USA..

  • I am always looking for my dad in these old videos. He was there. Like all the men that served... he is my hero. God Bless them all. What brave men they were! ~~<3

  • My Dad was there in 57' with the Engineer Battalion, the 97Th. from Vassincourt, Lorriane, France

  • France can still drop dead for all I care !!!!

  • @Redarmy668 Why man? I just wish they felt the same about us as they did back then. Now you won't even see an American flag there unless its in one of our embassies.

  • @44warjunkie ..don't hold your breath , look at them now islam is basicly taking them over and i'm glad and were not going to ever help them again !
