Btw stampede is epic talent... Its a must imo. You will use the feral charge quite alot against casters (which are our counter classes atm). With a free 10-20k hit + 2 combo points because it pretty much crits about 80% time, especially with he predatory strikes.
What you can do for example against melee with this talent is pounce-->mangle-->rake->run a few yards away-->feral charge (cat), 5cp->rip and then ravage, 4cp the other way around.
I've gotta disagree with you about the usefulness of Ravage in BG's. I find it an AMAZING burst tool, as no one is resil capped. Maybe they are in RATED BG's but I'm not sure because I haven't gotten there yet. ;)
Stealth. Feral charge your target. Since ravage is enabled you can then pounce the target. Ravage, and then repeat mangle until you get under 30 energy then use the Tiger's Fury thing.. but only if you have the thing where it gives you more energy (not very specific but ehh)

@RAWRRimadinox Yes it is, but shred is more viable then mangle atm. Do mangle once to get the debuff on target and do shred after. Shred dmg has been increased and shred dmg gets increased by abilitys which increase bleed effects. With other words, after you applied a mangle your shred does 30% more dmg.
Hi, nice video guide. I play a druid and have wanted to get into pvp as feral. I was resto and balance before in pvp. I wanted to mention about your macro that you can make it more robust. I've had problems with macros that try to cast several things in the hope that one will be available.
I use loads of macros but the one I have for skull bash is:
... the mouseover part is simply so that i can skull bash another target without changing my current target, but the form conditional [form:1] is checking what form your in. So skull bash bear will only try to cast in bear form (when the [form:1] conditional is met. Hope that helps some ppl out.
you know why feral cat is dominate. Take a warrior or another melee dps...their attacks are based off of their weapons speed 3.6 etc...but feral druid attacks occur every 1.0 seconds which means meow meow dead :D

@RyanBeckett01 I'm not sure I follow your question. I tried SpartanUI and really didn't like it so I stick with the default. All of my UI can be adjusted in Blizzard's built-in interface menu.
i hate those ppl, who are farming dmg and kb and they think, they are good players. But for team they are useless. Teamwork requires tactic and do the dirty work like defending, waiting, capping etc. PPl just run in one big group, dont use brain and just farmin damage. Hate those kids.

@vendettaa77 Hot keys are definately faster unless you are waiting to click a specific button. However, you can find ways to use click-combos effectively to do things faster than just pushing keys. ;)
@Neandrathal Hey I would very much appreciate a video that show keybinds and various tips and hints for feral druids, like for switching to forms, healing and using the millions of abilities. Also which are most useful in pvp. Im a leveling feral druid and doing a ton of bg's atm. It's hard keeping track of where all my abilities are in each form. For example I use a macro button on my mouse for rejuvenation then to travel form e.t.c. Ty dude.
@vendettaa77 you find clicking buttons a lot easier cause that is what you already know nd started with when you started the game practice practice practice key binds what key binding does is make it so you dont need to look at your spells and pay attention to whats going on with your arena partner or you or anything else around you and your reaction times with your spells will increase

every says that pushing is better but, its 40% about Global cooldowns as long as you have that down, your fine for the most part. Now, theres the other 60% where if you can predict a rogues gouge for example, you would want to face the other way. A rogue can't turn in mid-air, blind an enemy, and turn again before he hits ground by clicking. The hard part... So many keys, so little space. if you use shift, alt, and ctrl to bind your keys properly, muscle memory will help (over time)
Nice vid. But i have a comment on the stompede talent. You should check out mattroguesmith's channel and watch his opening in pvp, might change your thoughts.

first of ALL.....u dueld a pve geard warlock and 2 x warriors(free kill for a feral)....u used beserk in a duel vs a warrior which was TOTALLY unnecessary .
Second....stampeed is a MUST for PVP....a 3-5k ravage at NO energy cost is a MUST for pvp.(dont see the logic behind the 1 point u have in thick hide)

Maybe my mouse hand is not as fast as yours but i cant imagine that power shifting is faster by clicking, yet in the same breath, i have well over 30 bound keys on my druid. @mgtimewasted Hahah yeah. Like I said, personalized style. If you look at other games like Starcraft or something, you'll see how insane some people's clicking skills are. Sometimes faster than a keybinding. I've been trying to find the balance for a while now.
Fail you didnt take stampede. Stampede lets you auto crit ravage after feral charge on 90%+ hp target. thats free 2 combo points without any energy use. You pounce, ravage, mangle = already 4-5cp points before pounce stun is even over.
The focus runs from the mechanics and tactics of the class to your self centered advertisement, which was annoying when you said "I don't want attention"...other than that, decent display of feral's unbalance.
@idlethots Yeah, this was kind of my "explanation video" - so sorry if I got side-tracked. I'll definitely be talking less about myself and more about the game in the future. Obviously I want my videos to have attention, but I'm not trying to do much more than that.
I find stampede very useful, but rarely open with ravage instead for example i, (from stealth) feral charge, pounce for the stun and then ravage, a free ravage while they are stunned makes for some good damage especially with the 50% increased crit to targets 80% hp and higher. im not sure if its still as good at 80 but mid 70s im finding it very useful. oh well my 2cents any way =D good vid

/cast Skull Bash(Bear Form) all that does is add the cooldown and icon of Skull bash to the macro, (Make sure to set the icon to the red question mark[?])
@andrewyoun3 It is a great talent but it really depends on your play style. For me, I view the stun and the bleed from pounce to be more valuable 80% of the time.
@andrewyoun3 You should watch the time lapse duel I made. You can't afford to waste your feral charge on the start against a lot of ranged classes. And you shouldn't need to do that combo against a melee class. Thanks for the feedback though. I tried to make a point of saying that Stampede is a talent that really customizes your build.

Here is another macro for skull bash that doesn't create an error message.

This macro makes the button/keybind change depending on the form you take, it decreases lag a little bit and is just a tiny bit more efficient.

Fail you didnt take stampede. Stampede lets you auto crit ravage after feral charge on 90%+ hp target. thats free 2 combo points without any energy use. You pounce, ravage, mangle = already 4-5cp points before pounce stun is even over.

The focus runs from the mechanics and tactics of the class to your self centered advertisement, which was annoying when you said "I don't want attention"...other than that, decent display of feral's unbalance.

@idlethots Yeah, this was kind of my "explanation video" - so sorry if I got side-tracked. I'll definitely be talking less about myself and more about the game in the future. Obviously I want my videos to have attention, but I'm not trying to do much more than that.

I find stampede very useful, but rarely open with ravage instead for example i, (from stealth) feral charge, pounce for the stun and then ravage, a free ravage while they are stunned makes for some good damage especially with the 50% increased crit to targets 80% hp and higher. im not sure if its still as good at 80 but mid 70s im finding it very useful. oh well my 2cents any way =D good vid

Great video, I enjoyed watching it. Just a heads up though, a slightly modified version of your macro, which I find a bit more useful:
#showtooltip Skull Bash(Cat Form)
/cast Skull Bash(Cat Form)
/cast Skull Bash(Bear Form) all that does is add the cooldown and icon of Skull bash to the macro, (Make sure to set the icon to the red question mark[?])

Stampede is good for everthing give u a free ravage and thats 1 combo point for free so u can get that 5 point rip up faster :P good vid mate sub'ed

@andrewyoun3 It is a great talent but it really depends on your play style. For me, I view the stun and the bleed from pounce to be more valuable 80% of the time.

What i do is feral charge pounce mangle tigers fury ravage rake then rip then kite and win :P

@andrewyoun3 You should watch the time lapse duel I made. You can't afford to waste your feral charge on the start against a lot of ranged classes. And you shouldn't need to do that combo against a melee class. Thanks for the feedback though. I tried to make a point of saying that Stampede is a talent that really customizes your build.

stampedes bugged atm anyway, however it's should be worth taking when it's fixed. I tend to crit about 10k with it...
