jus wanted 2 tell u dat its actually very easy makin a chai,u jus need 2 break/mash the ginger,u don need 2 grade/chop it,4 a gr8 taste u cn add Fennel seeds,Also u cn use ny % milk 4 chai,typical masala chai involves,Black(big)cardamom,Sm­all cardamom, Cinnamon,sugar,ginger,Fennel if wished,Tea(redlabel is the best,v used it back home)n u dont need 2 stirr the tea jus let d water boil wit tea n masala,den add milk,giv it another boil n ur done,tc :)
