The only time i've ever seen someone put a "filter" on their joint is if there's tobacco in it as well, and no where in america sells rolling papers with filters on them. Some people put a "tip" or "mouth piece" if it's a fatty so it doesn't close up from the resThere's tons of different looking cigarettes in america, some have white filters, but there's always a clearly visible line to where the tobacco ends.
