Mark & Sara Colley of The Curlew Restaurant, Bodiam, East Sussex were thrilled when they were asked to join the Chef's Table at Richard Corrigans demonstration.

The Curlew's Michelin Starred executive chef Graham Garrett is friend of Richard's and Mark & Sara were given the opportunity to discuss their new restaurant at the show with Richard. Afterwards Mark & Sara commented "Richard is an inspiration to us, he imparted some invaluable advice and promised to visit The Curlew very soon"
