@phosphorolizer that is not true the bylaws of the corp US dupilicate the the organic constitution up till the 12th amendment. they state qualification of the corp US and are same as organic. MUST BE NATURAL BORN CITIZEN OF THE US. Cant violate the bylaws are you can force the dissolution of the corporation. therefore even the corp US cannot have a non natural born citizen

Nobody in their perspective country signed their constitution when they were born or even there after, but it is still the same constitution of that country until it changes and becomes other country. As long as we have this constitution this country will be called the United States of America. Until that day comes we have laws that state who can and who can't be the President. I am sure there is a lot of people around the world that doesn't agree with that, but that is just how it is.

People that make a distinction between the original colonies and the corporation, do so for a reason. Do you admit, or deny that there is a distinction?

Have you read the Treaty of Paris from 1783?, If so, why were the individual colonies referred to as 'States', instead of 'states'? Do you know the legal difference?

I don't see many people dispute what you're saying. You really need to do yourself a favor by properly understanding the legal definition of the word 'constitution' and 'constitutor'.

The Constitution may not be what you think it is. You think it protects your rights. If this were true, try clamoring for your 'constitutional rights' to a judicial administrator in a court setting. See what happens. I've been shocked myself to see the "judge" say that it doesn't apply.

This is NOT difficult to learn but it does help to be able to read and comprehend. Basic math skills are required to figure out the 14 year requirement and how NO ONE could have qualified to be the president of the United States of America, not even George Washington. However, there ARE NO REQUIREMENTS to be president of the United States.

@djherich you are so wrong, you have to be 35 years of age. you have to be a legalized citizen, which means both your parents ( both your mom and dad ) have to have lived in the USA for at least 14 years, five of those after the age of 14. After you then meet those requirements then you children can be the President if they can get elected by the majority voting. Get it?

should have studied english. What he is presenting without and of is not correct grammar in the ocntext of which he presents. Sometimes colleg degrees are helpful and differentiate people with experience as their knowledge in a particular trade or skill. College English would have helped this guy.

The question that keeps coming back for me is ....If it was so irrelevant then why is he keeping it and all his other records hidden? Folks assume it is because he is not a citizen of the USA ... I think perhaps there might be more to it. There is just no logical reason why anyone would spend millions of dollars to hide something that was so irrelevant.

My cousin was born in Scotland while her parents were vacationing, but both her parents were born and bred American citizens. My cousin has lived in the United States her entire life. Does she not have the right to run for President?

@FreeByrd5362 A Capitonym is a language procedure change the meaning of a word. The preamble to the constitution states it was created by We the People, being the entity they created. The purpose was to secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity. So you do need to be bloodline.

Good question. I'm not telling the American people that just anyone can be president of those u.S.A, as I don't believe that would be accurate.

However, there are different requirements on who can be president & CEO of the corporation known as the United States. Most people have been led to believe (and thereby assume) that said corporation is same entity known as united States of America. *They are not the same.*
