Headshots are not as deadly, if it goes into your cheek, gets jammed in skull and never penitrates and other lucky chance shots, you wont die immedietly, altougth you will die soon without treatment.... ( and not a magical medikit in the heart of batte as par OFDR )

Arma doesn't have ragdoll deaths, but there's a way to edit the death physics so there is ragdoll deaths. Hope this helps.
