@Lolpingu Pretty sure PCs can easily outperform any of the consoles (even the PS3, considered the one with the most raw power, even if developers don't always draw upon all the power) at this point already. Been so for at least a year, if not more. Kinda surprised they haven't bothered to make a new generation of consoles yet... I mean, I'm perfectly satisfied with the hyper-realism capable as it is, but I can't imagine the hardware companies making the same rationale.

@Lolpingu Actually, let me backtrack on that... generally, consoles are made from the same components as PCs. And you can easily just grab video cards based on the same nVidia or ATI architecture, and comparable CPU components to the IBM or otherwise chips inside as of the day of release... It's rather silly for people to compare consoles and PC's saying PCs can't match them, since the technology already exists in the hardware market, for obvious reasons...

@Lolpingu Last thing I'll say on this subject: The Xenos graphics chip on the 360 is a 4-5 year old ATI chip, merely a slightly modified ATI Radeon X1900 GPU. You can easily get something that outperforms it for dirt-cheap, nowadays. Like a 4350. Believing otherwise is just blind fanboyism.

HALO IS TEH BEST. what do you mean "no strategy" and "point and shoot?" gears is like "ok now i need to choose between three weapons and take cover." and the campaign is like " MARCUS! FLANK LEFT!" and even the occasional "MARCUS! FLANK RIGHT!" -_-. in halo the maps are bigger, there are like 8 different game modes, there are 3xs as much weapons, it has vehicles, equipment, 4 kinds of grenades, AND you cn take cover. sure you cant blindfire, but thats what grenades are for.

Gears is so much better than shitty halo 3. The only reason they made that game was for multiplayer. I seriously cant sit through 10 minutes of Halo 3 campaign, and I have beaten gears 4 times easily.

Gears also has so much more strategy than Halo 3. Halo 3 you just point and shoot. You dont even have to aim, because for some magical reason, it has crosshairs when you dont aim. The jumping is lame too. Why would you be able to jump like 50 feet in the air?
