Yes, but not too young. I was told to turn around and pull my panties down just beneath my bottom, never all the way down. I was never told to bend over. This is a really difficult topic. What most people don't understand about child spanking is that it is the emotion of the action that transfers to the child not the physical. If you spank out of anger you transfer anger to the child. As to genitalia being exposed. That should never be an issue between parent and child during a spanking. I do not believe it really matters. Cerntaily it doesn't matter to the parent. The child should feel only slight embarasment. The parent knows what genitalia looks like their childs' is made by them so. What matters is, the wrong the child committed, the broken trust and hurt they caused their parents. Spanking "bare botton" is a path back to reclaiming trust and being restored to the family.

Yeah I was never spanked bare bottom and I've never done it to anyone and probably never will but I don't really see the problem. Nudity should not be an issue anyway between little kids and their parents, society is getting too insane if they start seeing that as perverse. Funny story though, I know a woman who has no qualms about nudity and often doesn't even bother to wear clothes in her own home and always has been like that while her kids were growing up (one is now 16 and another is about 27) and they're all perfectly well adjusted. She does wear clothes a lot but say she comes out of the shower, might not bother getting dressed for a long time if she has nowhere to go. Personally I've never been witness to it because she always puts on clothes when she has guests or goes somewhere, but that's what they've told me (her and the kids, and her husband even attests to it though evidently he doesn't partake). Yes, but not too young. I was told to turn around and pull my panties down just beneath my bottom, never all the way down. I was never told to bend over. I was then paddled on my bare bottom with a metal reinforced ruler or a belt, and I definitely always learned from it. It was always done in private, and I was always talked to afterwards about why I was punished and how I could do the right thing in the future. My parents spanked my bare bottom whenever I did something really wrong. Yes, it hurt, it left temporary welts and I absolutely learned from it. I wasn't spanked after age 12.
