All of you who are talking about a Hindavi Rashtra, dont forget that Shivaji Maharaj was a secular king.. One of the reasons he was so respected was his tolerance for all creeds, castes, religions and his just and biased attitude.. Some of the first conscripts in his army were warrior pathans..

What we need today is another Shivaji Maharaj who can unite the nation, not divisions among our own people..

@vdoslave87 do u get the concept of hindavi swaraj.shivajis Maharajs kingdom is hindavi swarajya & theres a thinline between hindavi swarajya & secularism with the latter being a appeasement policy for the minority whereas the prior is true secularism with no appeasement either of the majority or minority.Also hinduism is secularism & v dont need the approval of constitution 2 decalreindia secular as by birth v hindus r secular.

I understand what hindavi swaraj means perfectly well.

If you consider that being a hindu you have to be secular, then I am pretty proud to call you a fellow hindu. But what you fail to consider is that not all Hindus adopt that secular outlook. If you really believe that every hindu is secular through and through then you are sadly mistaken. My comment was aimed at those multitudes who still wage wars and riots and butcher and rape on the grounds of religious differences.
