aw. it looks great and everything, but i REALLY liked the curves on the original series 9. that was a gorgeous design, and it was thin and light enough :P
this laptop is fine with me but I want to copy to the macbook air that does not stop me just because that is called stealing ideas from other companies that do not you got your own ideas. LUCK
American English isn't an accent my friend. I know everywhere has colloquial slang and linguistic differences, but American's are renowned for repackaging a lot of things.
@TheSonyExperience i have to agree with @HAVEAKITKAT but only for the fact you took OUR language changed the spelling and pronunciation of a few words then have the cheek to say WE "fuck up the language" Last time I checked this is England and the language is English, notice anything there? the language isn't fucking American, why don't you work on your own language, ideas and products instead of stealing every other country's? deal? KTHANKSBYE
@NDFJay Want to know why im not going to do that because im not my country and i didnt decide 200+ years ago on what the basicaly is the national language. And England made the colony what do you expect. We would come here knowing English and make something else up? No we didnt take anything because the people that came here where english so they brought there language and it was altered. So get over it because you guys wont change how i say aluminum
@TheSonyExperience ok although what your saying is correct and i strongly believe you have the right to say aluminum instead of aluminium because you actually got the spelling changed as a way of difference and its easier to say
LMFAOOO samsung is a fucking joke. you guys are all total fucking idiots who believe that copying products is the same as "innovation". fucking retards.
Samsung, we know you have to pretend you're not just playing catch-up, but really? "Innovative Craftsmanship?" It's so impressive that you've managed to make an i5-powered, aluminum notebook with a backlit keyboard! Wow! Why hasn't anyone else made one before? More than a year ago, say. And if we forget about the i5, part, why wasn't anyone making one back in 2008? You guys are truly innovating.
@page7 have you seen thin bazel ultra thin notebook before or 15 inch ultra thin laptop in 14 inch case? other manufacturer will soon follow Samsung way of innovation...
Ivy bridge is not available in notebooks for least 2-3 months.
@Vikingdescendent they already have started. they just began copying the iphone 3gs. there's an article online somewhere for it. the article also shows everything else that samsung has copied from apple. quite pathetic.
I can't believe that this company just copy all of their stuff from Apple... guys you're not creative, you are not leading the way, you are followers (good ones) but nothing more than that. If I could pick one word to describe this company, I'd say... PLASTIC!
@nicolasibarra84 I'd have to agree, Samsung is known for PLASTIC PLASTIC PLASTIC. Its shocking that this notebook is made out of Aluminum, but I think that was because plastic was not strong enough for the structural integrity of such a thin laptop. And as always, Samsung cheats by measuring the thinnest part of their laptop, not the thickest.
Ya that's cool, but the yoga is way cooler. Definitely my next laptop.

To Samsung Product developers:
When can we see mobile devices with Liquavista 3mode displays? Came back to matte screens is a good start, but we need paper-like experience!
Not mentioning better battery life thanks to reflective nature of screens!
