Aaron is the best, what should i call it -arm dexterity!!!!!!, wonderful display of mastery on the instrument. He taught me xylophone at legon between 1996 and 1998

i think the Gyil has such a unique sound due to the fact of the gourds under the keys have spiderwebs inside that cause the over vibration. Currently there was a featured Concerto featuring the Gyil as the soloist with a full symphony locally where i live.
