ital is the best but why do jamaica rasta cook outta steel pot? rasta is supposto cook outta clay pot on wood fire stir food with wood stick scrape dreadnut with hand made dreadnut spoon and serve in a calabash only knife needed and fresh lime juice i used to live in antigua and never we scrape steel pot try a clay pot works naturally. lime for drink.
