My favorite memory of Etta James: In 2008 my wife and I were married in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, on the beach. As my father in law walked my daughter through the sand, underneath an archway of palm tree leaves the guy playing the keyboard broke into Sunday Kind Of Love. She soundtracked one of the most memorable moments of my life.

Many of us grew up on her, and she will live on. RIP Etta, love you Peaches.
