@Jaysmi1027 thanks for the kind words. yep I agree, I went with the maschine early before it had many of these great features, and did so over the choice of the mv and the mpc 5000 (at the time I was on an mpc 2000xl that I had been using for close to 8 years) I am glad I made the right choice as I could see it was where the future was headed.

have you ever worked with an mpc? how is the response time on these pads? Also how long do those lights last on the maschine any problems yet on the hardware side of it? and im a new subscriber your pretty ill man

@SalWhizzle yeah I'm a long time MPC head. (u can see my mpc in the reconstruction video on my channel..) the response time (latency is the proper term) for maschine all depends on your set up, if you have a decent computer it won't be a problem (with my internal soundcard on my early 08 macbook pro I keep it at between 125 and 160 samples which translates to about 7-8 ms latency) with my projectmix I'm riding up higher at around 14ms latency (overall) honestly it's not noticeable at all.

@flux302 I'll post a video of me live rocking the pads sometime (maybe tomorrow if I get time) I'll do some speedy stuff so you can see how it's not an issue.

I have had no issues with maschine hardware at all and I am an early adopter so I've had the controller a while. infact I recently let my cousin take my Mpc cause I don't use it anymore... maschine is just so much more useful and has so much more potential... I love the mpc but.... maschine is the future.
