the wing view is achieved by moving the eyepoint back in the panel cfg. I'm not exactly sure which parameter it is at this moment but it is in the views section towards the top of the file. It's where you can set the zoom and eye direction. One of those numbers for each view,(left, right, forward/left etc.)is the eyepoint forward or backward of the center point which is 0. Therefore,-23 would be back 23 feet from the center of the aircraft. Therefor putting the left view directly over the wing.
