The interest we take in the central believed in idea called 'me' is the one that we need to really take a keen interest in. 100% interest and in that taking an interest the 'me' will reveal that it is a fiction. How it reveals that cannot be foretold. Each case is different.

hmm on second thoughts i think i can guess what ur answer'll be. all is irrelevant except the Here and Now. I know it to be true really. Maybe I should look at them as a test in a way... Sometimes it seems like life is a series of unbelievably creative ways of saying that we are separate... infinite forms in infinite space... when really its all One in truth. How lovely... and strangely beautiful. Maybe I should pay less attention to them bizarre synchronities (and smoke less weed ;) ...
thanks gilbert, ur right. drugs have been huge of my life since i was really very young (i'm 21 next week). i can't help but think i wouldn't have even entertained nonduality as a 'notion' without them, however they have been quite habitual for a long time. i need to go deeper into the true source, not the periphery 'mind blowing'. love what u do with the ugc by the way, having listened to many since meeting bob (and u... fleetingly lol). incidentally u have excellent taste in music! take care

Then once the body is clear of all that delusional stuff, so some true clarity will rise up out of nowhere
