@echacon05 I polished my aluminum rims (95 Grand Cherokee) outer edge to a chrome like shine and painted the inners gloss black. I used an epoxy based paint rather than a typical enamel because it cures to a longer lasting harder finish.

You could paint the lights yourself too. My other set is similar to those and I got them at a friendshouse and he keeps telling me to paint them but I like the look of them.
