Confirmed today, some item/resources drops are going to be tested in CBT4. Developers are genius and including virtually everything that people want in an MMO. Of course your not going to get everything if your a Darkfall player or a WoW player. But you can get the best of both worlds.

I joined in mid 2006, was one of the lucky few CB testers, was in one of the most renowned alliances on launch, and still play today on EU1. Ive supported DF through all its hardships. Unfortunately the devs didnt listen to the communities concerns and had tons of missed content. In beta we used to say that "DF has so much potential!" Those words have fallen short.
@IGame4Eire They basically just announced that alot of DF 2.0 will be start from scratch. With their current dated engine, frustration in the community, and lack of direction all together, its going to be hard to convince people to come back. The game wasn't deemed a complete failure for the entire 5 years. Maybe the last 2 because nothing was changed. Ive been a loyal follower, only to get the shaft from the developers time and time again. The game went in the wrong direction...
@rapidzBR This was only the 3rd closed beta, so everything is subject to change, but in the current build, there was no full loot. That said, I also do not think that full loot will be added to ArcheAge as although I would like to see it as much as you, we are the minority these days in MMOs with the mainstream preferring non-full loot PvP. This aside, this PvP is still great and they said they will be adding death consequences, so I have high hopes for ArcheAge becoming something special.
@AspiraGames I could handle inventory looting, but if its full loot count me out. To many grievers in games like DF or MO and that's what killed the game for me. While I am trying to learn the game and grow, players who have been gaming for years are killing me, and then taking my newb gear just to delete it... nah I'll pass on the dickish side of dealing with immaturity when it comes to full looting. No one will enjoy running around naked half the time on a beautiful MMO such as this one.

@Olafson123456789 The game isn't released yet. CBT4 started last week and it is currently only playable by Korean residents or foreign press.
