  • What is the name of the song?

  • This is great BUT, please show us the same but on 1. Because on 1 must be a bit different.

  • Looking at the mens styling, but thinking about on 1, yes you could just change the counts, but some of the mechanics are a bit different. Mainly because you are stepping forward with the left not the right on the first step of the "forward rock". You can improvise to some degreee, but it doesn't look as nice in my opinion. I'm definately coming around to understand there are some advantages to dancing on 2 that you don't have with dancing on 1.

  • nice video...It would be great if you show for On1 as well

  • I love this song..whats the name of the song?? :D

  • great styling for cross body lead.

what is the name of this song?

  • I was taught that the man does the first step going forward in the count "1" with the left leg and then his right leg going backwards in "5".

What your doing in the video means you are dancing "On2"? cuz you're doing it all the way around.

  • Julie and you make a lovely pair!

  • she sucks at it.... she's to stiff... it's NOT ballet chick...

  • Hmmm what happen to this video? It won't start. :(

  • is there also styling on 1

or am i missing something :P

    always love ur video's!

  • Ma avete imparato su che tempo si balla prima di insegnare?????

  • esas gringita esta buena es pa ponerla es a moverse hp

  • Hey Anthony, how can you continue dancing with such a lady smiling at you. I couldn't :-)

  • I prefer dance on 1, everywhere good video

  • Hmmm..I dance on 1...back on 2 is weird. Otherwise, nice.

  • great video, thanks for teach that moves

what is the name of the song??

  • great video

  • Nice I really enjoyed it!

  • I was going to add a comment "Ahh I dance on 1 please show us the styling on 1 but it seems Anthony has explained several times that you should be able to transpose the styling to 1" Thanks for the video and keep them coming!

  • Great vid Anthony, any tips on transposing it to on1, Im struggling a bit!.......btw, you lucky! your always dancing with pretty ladies!! lol

  • Great video, but it's difficult to follow if you always dance on1.

  • We are dancing on2 in this video. All you have to do is change the counts of the timing to do the same move on1.

  • Thank you so much for doing some Men's styling! I really appreciate it so much. Keep them coming.

  • rockin' that beat

  • cool.. but I have to learn on2 first..

  • You don't have to. These moves can be done on 1 timing (on1) as well. Just change the numbers.

  • well im not exactly sure how to do that, since it seems you're taking 16 counts to do the cross body lead, while i'm used to doing it in 8. is that something typical of on2 dancing or are you just doing 2 CBL's or adding an extra 8 steps for the styling or something else?

  • To dance on1, all you have to do is change the numbers and move the pauses to the proper location. We consider this an advance style move, so if you don't feel comfortable with the counts (or transposing them), you can review the previous videos and work your way up to this one.

  • Great videos, very well explained. I enjoy all of them, even though I don't need to learn salsa since I already know. But thank you. I think they are all awesome.

  • just turn down the sound and count "1" when he breaks forward with his left. boom...on1.

  • Thanks for the tip.I've tried your suggestion & it works!

  • Or count "5" when he steps back with his right foot. Whatever helps you get your bearings. I transpose on2 moves to on1 all the time by turning down the sound.

It's *slightly* off because, well, it's not the same thing, but it's good enough to learn the moves.

  • ok, thanks for the tips!

I will try this in class with the ladies hahaha!

But Antony, show us some single dancing for men too! something to show off at the dance floor.. keep the styling coming!

  • thanks apersaud

  • Please remember to rate the video if you like it. Thanks!

  • thank you!
