Yes, you are correct! I can't afford a NEW 911. As a matter of fact, I bought my Boxter S in a, "Used", condition and yes, I know quite a bit about cars.
Really though, other than a drag race, which is just about HP and not driving skill, I'd give you a go on the track any time!

Nice to see the video...I'm doing my first autoX Sep 10th...only done road courses, to date. What tires are you running, and what year is your Boxster?
Thanks Jack, Its 99 2.5 mostly stock,(exhaust, short shifter ect.) Im running my street tires now. Yokohama avs 100's. There Ok for what they are....although a bit load. But Im hooked now and going for a set R compound Toyos for track and auto X's. Where are you doing your Auto Cross?
It's at Dakota County...just south of Minneapolis. Say, on a road course I turn my traction control off...do you turn yours off for auto crossing? Btw, where are you from?
Yes, I do turn my traction control off. It makes me feel like Im actually driving the car, but honestly my little engine has a hard time spining its tire anyway. This was in Sonoma, San Francisco North bay.
Looks like a really fun autocross track. What sort of boxster is that?
