didn't know this band made so many songs i knew and liked, just got into surfing and thought there songs were from a california band, i'm learning to surf in texas so its cool to hear how a band from MN is a pioneer in the genre.

The Trashmen are one of my faves, as much as I like Surfin Bird, it's too bad S.B overshadowed other songs such as this, youtube will give these guys the exposure they deserve.

This is such a great song, and it's actually well known by ear, but everyone's so hung up on surfin bird and family guy that they won't stop to think that the trashmen are a real serious band with other songs beside it. It's really disappointing.
