I currently race asphalt stock cars and this is a great step to making better driving shoes. I currently use simpson racing shoes but the comfort level of these shoes is outstanding and the thicker heel sole is a must have. Although i'm just doing circle track racing and not rally it is still a plus to have the extra comfort being in the race car for more than 2 hours.
