dude u shouldnt feed ur gcko meal worms wax works etc. mealworms waxworms is just a load u fat like crisps and cola are fatty for us with crickets they are like vegetables to us becuase crickets are high in nutrients the same as vegetables you should feed ur gecko about 4-6 crickets in summer 3-4 days and in winter 2-4 crickets 3-4 days and 2 meal worms eachweek if u feed ur gecko just meal woms wax worms etc, they wont be healthy just some fat little gecko so do that and 1 pinkie a month.

@goarmy979 Meal worms are the small ones . and the FAT ones are WAX Worms. you can get them at petsmart just ask for WAX WORMS. but dont give them alot of wax worms those are just treats i give my leopard gecko 3 wax worms a week . don't give them alot of wax worms tho if you do thats like feeding your self like 10 cheese cakes a week not healthy .

They don't live in sand, thats a common misconception , they live on hardpacked clay, rocks and in burrows, any loose substrate is bad but sand is the worst, research it and u will see y, the best substrate is reptile carpet

although they did eat a wax worm each, however i dont want them to get used to them because people say that they can get addicted or something.

As far as having them for two days, it's normal since they're petrified of any new environment for the first few weeks. I'd be worried if they started losing weight quickly. anyways, are they okay now or are you still worried?

@chloesorsby I have a lot of experience with these lizards...dont use worms as the main diet they are very high in fat (its like us eating big macs, they shud be fed worms as a treat once or twice a week...crickets shud be the #1 diet...what is your tank set up? (substrate, heating, lights?) They may also just be nervouse about being in a new place so give it a couple days and see if they eat some crickets...make sure u dust the crickets to with calcium!
