Emerald Muay Thai in Krabi is a great place to train. The gym owners Wil and Eve from France are very hospitable. The training sessions are well structured with shadow boxing first, then heavy bag work, then pads with a Thai trainer, then, if you want, sparring and or grappling. I highly recommend this gym whether you are beginner or advanced level.
