  • Canada Rocks....I never forgot what they did in 1979/Iran with our hostages, the ones they were able to get out ,sneak out...and you are right Canada is indeed a great friend to the U.S. as is England and Israel....BTO rocks

  • Fred Turner have health issures? He looks half the size he used to be in the 70's, he still has that voice!!!

  • Bacan es escuchar este tema al ir manejando.

    Gran recuerdo.

  • EXCELLENT

  • Very Good Sound!

  • CLASSIC!

  • never too old too rock

  • I can't believe that many of the comments here have degenerated into a USA v Canada debate.

Let's just forget the politics and appreciate the great music. After 40 odd years BTO still kicks ass!

  • I saw them in Turlock Ca in the late 90s in a little bar---AWESOME!!! then again in Tahoe, AWESOME AGAIN.. My kids loved them, LOL

  • I'd much rather have Canada as my neighbor than Mexico, and living in Pa., glad to be closer.

  • 25 years ago I bought my first BTO album, Not Fragile...to this day one of the best in my book.

Still rocking it after all these years, they are one of the reasons I picked up the guitar and learned to play. Mr Bachman, Mr Turner..I salute you both, thanks for the great music !

  • I'm stilled pissed i missed them on Detroits River front last summer.

  • damn it's great to see these guys having fun together once again, on stage ! .... thank for the upload bro !

  • This makes up for all the Celine Dions and Aldo Novas. Domestic content regs up North have brought us Neil Young, Rush, BTO, Cummings, Lightfoot, Murray................. Most would never have gotten airplay down here without that. I love picking up Canuck radio!!!

  • @mrmott44 - Like back in the days of 14 CFUN outta Vancouver, BC, eh?

  • If anything, American students aren't taught anything about Canada. CDN is America's largest trading partner- betcha didn't know that... Remember 9/11? When airplanes coming from Europe couldn't come into American airspace and had to put down in Newfoundland, guess who fed and housed the people who were dumped into their laps? The Canadians did and were happy to help out their friends. Look at the real facts and you will see that Canada has been a great friend to the USA.

  • @legranderaoul Unfortunately the UK is/has been our best Ally because they are/we're our ONLY ally.Nobody else but the British empire can be trusted by the USA except Mexico which tipped off FDR they had been approached by Germany in 1940 about attacking/invading USA from the South. So to Mexico and Canada we owe thanks. This is a music video by a great band formed after The Guess Who sort of splintered.

  • @legranderaoul I've learned quite a bit about our neighbor to the north over the years. Big impetus has been finding out that my great great grandparents Allard were born in the area just south of Montreal.

  • @legranderaoul

Canada is a great and invaluable friend to USA. We're lucky to have you to our Northern Border! Look at what we've got to our South! All is well with me and you guy's.........couldn't ever have enough friends like you, Canada.

    AGREED!

  • @legranderaoul All this bad talk about Canada really burns my ass. Those smug self centerd Americans had best put down their video games and pick up a history book.

This American always has stood up for Canada and always will...Thanks for being great Allies, friends and neighbors!

  • @CheckM8King2

these "Americans" are my fellow countrymen, sad to say.

i have served alongside Canadian Soldiers more than a few times in iraq and afghanistan and they have always pulled their weight, no complaints here.

some people are too quick to judge, maybe because a major prtion of the world hates us. sorry the idiots included Canada.

  • @tapper45 Please let me add big THANK YOU for your service to our nation!

  • @legranderaoul to compare feeding and housing plane passengers is crazy, people to this day are dying from 9/11 from asbestos and other hazardous materials that were in the air, in a typical fashion it was america that takes on the brunt of the worlds problems...

  • this is mvsic

  • mr. bachman mr. turner both of them : LEGENDS:

  • Awesome, dude!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • This is bad ass! CT looks and sounds great! Them boys are having the best time! Rock On!

  • this was cool

  • YEEEAAAHHH!!! :)

  • wow....amazing voice still. Great to see Randy and Fred together again. Randy is one of the greatest guitarst.

  • Will you listen to that!! It was perfect!!

  • Same power , same energy , same fun like 40 years ago ! Good to know that some things never changed :-)

  • Canada has got the greatest rock band in the world. Sweden has got the greatest hockey team...

  • @Grodel40 WATH?

  • @Grodel40 Huh?!?! I thought Canada's only contribution to the world was to hide the draft dodgers of the U.S. and Sweden's contribution was ABBA and 7 UN soldiers to check ID's in Iraq. If I've gotten my facts wrong, please forgive me. It's just that this was what I was told since elementary school. I'm now 34 years old. We were taught that Canada is Europe's Yellowstone Park and Europe was America's mime. Check the history books, if you don't believe me.

  • @buffet62 And... My nephew THE CANADIAN, and many others including Americans, who gave his life servng in the military along side the AMERICANS in Afghanistan ....another contribution for you to think about by the Canadians.

  • @buffet62 Can't tell if you're joking or not. If not then REALLY???? I doubt the history books presumably from the USA for the USA actually used those terms but if that is what you got from it I'm not surprised. Canada is not a fighting nation as a rule and the military may be small comparitively to many countries but anyone who has fought alongside or against their troops will tell you that no one is more commited to democracy than the Canadian troops.

  • Now that´s Rock´n´roll....

  • A real tribute to the staying power of rock n roll! Rock on Forever!!!!

  • Now Thats How it's Done!!

  • These guys ROCK so Bad !!! It's awesome! Wish there was a true rock band today to take their place. Keep on rocking boys!!! The world needs true rock heroes.

  • These guys are awesome!

  • In 1986 I Got A BTO T-Shirt That Said "A Half Ton Of Rock & Roll" On The Back. Randy & Fred Might've Slimmed Down A Bit From Then, But They're Still Just As Heavy!

  • A DISLIKE... HOW!!!

  • Holy cow!! Are these old guys having fun, or not??

  • Feddie still has the pipes! Holy shit.

  • Gotta Love these two guys!!!!

  • Saw them at Molson Amp in Toronto late last night. They've probably aged better than most of their contemporaries. They're quality musicians and storytellers. They're complete human beings who we are very fortunate to have with us on this Earth.

  • @yoshkoful Very nicely said!

  • Their new CD kicks ass!!!

  • The Boys still got it !!!!

  • Whoah! Fred has lost a lot of weight! Randy looks like he's lost a bit too! STill soundin' great!

  • Nice. This tune always had great energy.

  • 10/10

  • I have been so lucky to have this awesome music in my time, this one is up there with the best of them in the 70's. This is better than the original, the old boys look like there having fun and enjoying it. What about a national tour in Australia it would be a sell out, we're waiting thanks BTO for the rock.

  • When do you guys visit the Netherlands?

It's about time and I'm waiting for you all my life. lol

Have fun and keep up the great work.

    Emo(And thats my name)

  • GOD THIS IS AWESOME

  • Out-fucking-standing!! these dudes can still kick ass and lay down some heavy licks after all these years. Wish it was me up there...

  • super

  • and FRED Turner is 67 years old. born in 1943. Icons, true legends.

  • Man these guys can still ROCK!!!!

  • just proves the best rock bands came out of the 70,s im so glad i was there

BTO rock , this band will live forever ,,great job guys and glad to see you back , the world needs solid rock again

  • this right here, b.t.o. these guys will never fade or go out of style. long after they are gone, their music will continue to find new listeners. this is real talent that will stand the test of time. decades from now, most will not remember the teenybopper boy bands, but B.T.O. will be well known & referenced frequently.

  • Completely wonderful!

The guys are really looking like the´re having fun and enjoying what they are doing.

I heard this song first time in my youth together with Not Fragile and a few others. That was 35 years ago. Never had the chance to see them at that time. Too many miles and an ocean between. The were very popular in Sweden out on the country where I lived.

    Still going strong. Cool!

    Rock on guys!

  • Holy Cow!! These old guys look like they are having a ball! And they can still get the job done!!

  • OMFG, I didn't believe this is Fred Turner... until he started to sing!

He still has the same old melodic raw power in his voice.

This is so damn good, I got tears in my eyes.

And It makes me feel like I am 15 again.

    Thank you guys!

  • @Tseemo I wasn't much older than 15 when I first saw them play.

  • Everyone is a winner when given the opportunity to see such legendary rockers, Thanks for posting this vid.

  • I was in my mid to late teens when these guys started playing, they sounded great back then and still sound great. Good job, Love it !!!

  • what a fuckin party

  • shitttt drummer.

  • Still got it........

  • They still sound good!!! Fred Turner looks very different when he is not 300 pounds.

  • These guys are AMAZING!!!!!

  • Dang!!! This guy can till SING

  • HELL YES

  • They still got it. If i was not looking at the video and just listening to it I would not have been able to tell that this wasn't from 70's.

  • Gotta LOVE BTO !

  • bass players are the best (classic)rock singers: Fred Turner, Jack Bruce, James Dewar, Glenn Hughes, Suzi Quatro...

  • @gasda25 Thanks for mentioning James Dewar. He died so anonymously.

  • This is still a million times better than all the shite thats about nowadays. Can you see the artists ? of today still performing like this in another 30 odd years time, some how i dont think so. Long may you live and perform guys. Thanks for posting mike....

  • damn good rock and roll...............

  • Rock on Winnipeg!! And while yer at it, bring back the Jets!

  • great!!! BTO

  • Comment removed

  • Wow! First concert I ever went to was BTO in 1975 at the Forum in Los Angeles. They still sound awesome! Fred sounds as good as he did back then.

  • Jesus! Old guys rock - gotta love it!

  • This is a better version than the grey cup as Randy plays the solo instead of some unknown.

  • 2nd best Canadian music artist ever, Rush being 1st. IMO

  • Fred at his best! Let it roll, roll, roll!

  • what happened with OVERDRIVE''???,EXCELLENT VIDEO -GREAT SONG SOUNDS LIKE IN 1974 BETTER BETTER

  • @fmaykall Randy and Fred wanted to reunite BTO, but they had given the rights to the name to the other band members who didn't want to reunite (I think they were invited to do so). So they couldn't use BTO or any variation of it. So it's just Bachman & Turner now.

  • @MRnofail ok tank you information long live rock n roll

  • what happened with OVERDRIVE''???,EXCELLENT VIDEO -GREAT SONG TANK YOU .......

  • fred turner sounds as good as ever! i love his voice!

  • This defies logic. These guys are well into their 60's and Fred Turner sounds like he did in 1974 and Randy whales on the guitar! Great version of this. They really do still have it!

  • Randy and Fred look better than ever, are playing better than ever and I never thought I would see this happen! But it has and it's a hugely better world because of it! Rolling along Rolling along!

  • Turner still has that great voice! They just don't make bands like this anymore.GREAT BAND-GREAT SONG.

  • These old farts (BTO) from Winnipeg can still get it done! And, what's more, they are having a hoot doing it!! Look at the smiles on their faces!

  • Wow I seen these guys last friday. This was such a great show. The band was not there when it was supose to start (they got stuck at the border). Randy was the only one there. He did an unplugged version of the guess who and told stories about how he was insprired to write the songs. The band finally showed up half way throught the concert. It was a great show.

  • All the world can see: There they few are left alive! They´re still rockin´& rollin´ ;-)
