  • You are my hero man! I am putting this to use right away =)

  • this man has the funk..

  • I SCARED THE SH*T OUT OF ME WITH THAT ANIMAL AT THE END OF THE VIDEO... i was distracted with the high volume and he appeared suddenly with a sound from beyond the grave...

Very helpfull lesson by the way :D

  • Great lesson Justin, keep them coming ;) By the way, what kind of pick are you using ?

  • THANKS JUSTIN...... HELPED A LOT CHEERS

  • Thanks dude!

  • Get the funk get the funk get the funk outta my face

  • awsme lesson ! .. nver lukd at the beat pattern of funk before.. makes so much more sense now ! thanks justin !

  • ur tapping the leg with the guitar on it. In your foot tapping lesson you say to tap with the other foot. Yes?

  • @googoplexable I always do that, it's just a question of feeling ! ^^

  • yes men this was the best video funk lesson ever it help me a lot keep the good work with more lessons

  • Pffff Its relatively easu. But on the E9 i have problems keeping the low e silent...

  • at certain speed bump of metronome my wrist starts getting rigid (hence slowing down)... it's either that or pick starts going everywhere because i don't have enough pressure on it... :(

  • @reaching4happiness Dont force it. You can get serious joint problems off that. (not the drugs kinda joint xD) Practice really slow if you have to, the moment you are not FULLY relaxed in your wrist/elbow and flex your muscles whilst playing, it is not practice anymore but pure frustrations. Even when I play fast metal I try to be as relaxed as possible with my arm.

    Hope that helps

  • i´m really impressed. thanks justin, for the time u spend doing this and ur generosity!!

  • Thank you so much!! You are great!

  • well done Justin...many tanks from Italy

  • Really good teaching. Thanks very much. I'm loving it!

  • Also I think it applies equally to 8th note bars as well as 16ths - as long as you are using heaps of mute strums its funky!

  • i guess you need a rock hard plectrum or its gonna wear out fast strumming like this all night. Hard on strings too
