Well yes she does hand in her resignation - but she has done that before (Think back to series 4 episode 9) , Anyway as Max is announcing of her departure Kim comes in and stops him by telling everyone what Max did to phillip so its Max who is in danger - not Rachel! Rachel will be asked back as soon as they find out about Max and then she will be in untill ep 20 probably! It will be sad when she does leave though!
