How do you download and then use them in the game? Like transfer them to a USB or something?

@fdnyboy download then from the site they are from (the links are now broken) and use the GTAIV vehicle mod installer (available from any gtaIV modding website) but beware that each mod is made by the community and some just plain dont work or need a tweak to get working properly

@hoscaleman1 the game is grand theft auto 4 and you just have to search the internet for the fire truck mods

@hoscaleman1 All these so called mods (modifications of the game) can only be used on a PC version of GTA IV. There is a site, called GPM (GTA Police Mods by short) where you can find and download all these vehicles. Before you do that, you're required to have some modifacations for for example the emergency lights, how this all has to be done is something you can also find in the GPM forums.
